Introduction:
Artificial intelligence or AI can be referred as the simulation of the human intelligence in
machines that are programmed for work and operate as a human or mimic the human’s
action. This term is also applicable for the machines which are having the operation
similarities with human mind such as problem solving and learning.
In today’s timing, there are a lot of technologies which allow the healthcare professionals to
deliver the best care to the patients. It also allows the healthcare professional to being
customized with their patients at very low cost. A survey has found that medical
professionals are using AI tools for improving the patient care and business processes as well.
This AI technology is applicable for the entire process from enhancing the oncological
diagnosis accuracy to enhancing the management workflow and schedules. In the recent
survey, approximate 72% respondents show interest in AI implementation. (Callcut, n.d.)
In past timing, no one would have dreamed about the machine partnership for medical
procedure guidance. But due to this AI advancement, it has become possible to position the
class of technologies as a powerful tool for the operational and clinical efficiency. (Callcut,
n.d.)

In medical field:
In 2016, net US prescription drug expenditures have estimated at $ 450 billion. The current
data from the CDC shares the context with the report which shows that 48.9 % of individuals
in the United States are taking at least one prescription drug within the last 30 days. (Sennaar,
2020)

A report named as “Artificial Intelligence (AI): Healthcare’s new nervous system” estimates
that health AI in the United States will be approximate $6.6 billion by 2021, with a
confounding CAR of 40%. ("Here's how strategic implementation of AI can revolutionize
eyecare", 2019)
In Medical devices/wearable:
There are several applications of Artificial intelligence in the medical devices sector, which
reflects the different impacts of this technology in companies.
Categories of various AI applications in leading industrial growth.
Effects of AI Common trends on future healthcare.
Applications which appear to deliver the most value for the healthcare professional.
In the field of Medical imaging:
In the field of Medical imaging, Proscia is a digital pathology system which uses AI or detecting
the patterns in Cancer cells. It recently raised $8.3 million series. This funding will be applicable in
expanding the deployment of company’s AI apparatus.
In the field of Biotechnology:
There are four main applications of AI technology, which are projected in Biopharma between 2018
and 2025. These applications are medical imaging, precision medicine, drug discovery,
diagnostics and research. ("Intelligent biopharma", 2019)
Recommendations:
Implementing AI in the health care operations in terms of organizational transformations shows
many challenges. The main challenge is the entire cost of AI, which is the top factor for
hindering its adoption. Instead of that, larger businesses such as Amazon and Apple is utilizing
this technology along with some small businesses are also stand for its benefit. Hence, it is cost
efficient for our company.
There are several ways to enhance the company’s benefit by using this technology as, Ai offers
many advantages over traditional automations. Workers in any organization can delegate low

value added tasks to AI and can be more productive with their tasks. Ai can also support the
businesses for maximizing their asset utilization rates.
AI can support our company in many ways as, market strategizing, virtual assistants, machine
learning, marketing, speech recognition, accounting, customer support, and chatbots etc. Hence
the company should invest in this technology.
Part II
(a) If two co-workers do not want to work with each other than I will provide them
another team by which the operation will not affected.
(b) If two team members in my team are having some problem with each other than I will
communicate with them and I will try to resolve that problem for maintaining team
work.
(c) If they are complaining with me, then I will suggest to my supervisor to contact with
the concern authority regarding the issue in professional manner.
(d) I will try to convince them to understand the viewpoints of each other rather than
debating with each other.
