importance of the topic lies in the fact that it there is debate in the present age regarding
whether the Artificial Intelligence have the ability of replacing the human beings. Multiple
reports have been brought about in the recent age that states that large portion of human
workforce would be replaced by the automatons and the machines in the coming years. This
topic has originated owing to the fact that there has been research in the field of the Artificial
Intelligence and it has brought out the fact that that job crisis would take place owing to the
advent of the Artificial Intelligence.
The Artificial Intelligence would not be able to replace the human beings on account
of the fact that the people do not want to listen to the robots in the event of making the
conversation. Leadership revolves around the element of emotions and the great leaders have
the ability of understanding the emotions of the other people. The leaders have the ability of
showing the empathy and the compassion that cannot be ever provided with the help of the
aspect of Artificial Intelligence. The Artificial Intelligence is not imbibed with the
imagination that can be stated to be a uniquely human capital (Inc.com). The human beings
have the ability of reacting in an instant and creative manner that cannot be matched by the
computer. There are some industries along with the positions that would need the human
creativity and the judgement. The machines lack in the arena of the empathy along with the
communication that can act as an disadvantage for the Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence have the capability of analysing the sales calls at a faster pace
as compared to the sales managers. Artificial Intelligence can help in making the jobs easier
and it can help in making an individual more effective. There are various kinds of jobs that
can be replaced by the machines like the Telemarketing, Couriers, Market Research Analysts

along with the Software Developers who cannot be replaced by the human beings. The

prospects. The machines in the future would grow more sophisticated and it would have the
capability of making the distinction in between the happy and the sad occasions.
There are benefits along with the risks in relation to the usage of the Artificial
Intelligence in the society. Autonomous weapons refer to the artificial Intelligence systems
which are programmed in a manner so that they can kill. The arms race of Artificial
Intelligence can pave the path for a war which can result in the mass casualities

destructive method in order to achieve the goal. The advantages of the usage of the Artificial
Intelligence is that the machines do not need the frequent breaks and it can add to the

made use of by the financial institutions that can help in the organizing and the managing of
the data. The highly advanced organizations have implemented the machines on the behalf of
the human beings so that they can carry out the interaction with the customers.
Artificial Intelligence do not have the capability of replacing human beings as they
cannot carry out conversation like the human beings. The leaders need emotions so that they
can guide the actions of the other people. Artificial Intelligence can help people in the
