Artificial Intelligence and Learner Assistance
Artificial Intelligence Assistance has been associated with picking up of the e-learning
space and it has been seen that the organizations have been associated with offering numerous
innovative solutions which also includes the usage of the bots who are capable of providing
guidance to the learners both in the learning past as well as throughout the entire course [1].
Artificial intelligence is the new trend which is entirely used for the purpose of predicting
the learner behavior along with helping in personalization of the entire learning process.
Depending upon the modules which are selected by the learners along with the challenges or
difficulties which are faced, the AI would be associated with providing of a better
personalization for the learners [2]. Besides this the existence of voice-enabled bots would also
be associated with helping the learners in searching for the key contents which are present in the
module. Organizations needs to implement the newer methods of artificial intelligence so as to
provide support to their learners in the learning process as well as in the time whenever the
learner needs them [3]. One such example is a chat bot which might be associated with acting as
a support for the technical queries.
In addition to this mix of artificial intelligence and Learner Assistance robots can also be
used which are used for helping out the kids as well as those peoples who are having special
needs of learning the new skills so as to them in times whenever they need help [4]. AI would be
continuing to become a trend which would be very strong and would be entirely associated with
changing the overall learning landscape.
