Task 1
Aims and objectives for the project
The aim behind the project was to find out the impact of the Artificial Intelligence
implementation on an organization that has yet not considered Artificial Intelligence and its
benefits to run within the business. Organization. The affect that it would lead on the business
systems and the jobs of the employees will be analysed with this report.
Outline objectives and timeframes
Outline objectives of the project was to develop a project plan for implementing the
Artificial Intelligence system within the organisation. This includes the phases of the project
that is to be handled by the organisation. This includes the scope, analysis of the business
requirements, design, development, testing, training, documentation, pilot, deployment, post
implementation review and the AI software to go live.
The time frame selected for this had been over a span of 96 days including four days
of scope discussion and one day for the AI software to go live and in between all the phases
are deliver to the other phases of the implementation process.
Project Management Plan
The project management plan behind the entire implementation of the AI software is
first of all to provide all the benefits that an organisation enjoys with the implementation of
artificial intelligence. This would include identifying the benefits and the maturity of the
models and all the key performance indicators through which the organisation would gain the
benefits regarding the implementation plan. This would also include understanding the key
performance indicators that would analyse the value of the benefits added to the business

system. Then it would begin with implementing the planning phase where the first and
foremost important step is to analyse the business requirements to understand what would be
essentially required for implementing the artificial intelligence systems according to the
business structure. It would then have a clear idea about all the constraints of the project. The
planning to take about all the risks identified and to be faced during the project progression.
The project also needs to understand the fact that artificial intelligence was never
involved with the business before and therefore the employees within the organisations are
not accustomed to use the artificial intelligence system. Thus, they would require training and
development for all the involved employees within the organisation. This would also include
how the project good be scheduled within the budget and under the provided time that has
been allocated to the implementation project.
After all the implementations plan are made, the software would then be tested for
quality at every level of development including the stages where the software is at a nascent
position. Otherwise, the product development for the organisation would not be calculated as
customised to the organisational needs. This project constants are kept into mind so that at the
time of the project go live, the prototypes should already be modified according to the
business requirements and there would be no problem faced during the implementation of the
artificial intelligence software within the organisation at the project closure phase.

Week 1
 Research with available resources: The researches were conducted with the
utilization of the search engines to learn clearly about what could be done
according to the requirement of the organization for implementing the new
Artificial Intelligence system.
 Scope: The scope of the plan is described and decided to be included in the plan for
the AI system to be implemented.
 Analysis of the Business Requirements: The business requirements of the
organization for the proper implementation of the Artificial Intelligence to be

Week 2
 Searching and implementing Design: The design for the implementation plan is
made for the designing of the plan according to the previous planning done on the
scope discussion and business requirement analysis. The searches were made on the
using the Google search engine to find out automated design for the implemented
plan.

Week 2-4
 Development: The development procedure would begin in this phase to develop
the software that would be utilised by the organization to enable the use of
Artificial Intelligence within the organization.
 Testing: This phase would not only occur once after the development has been
completed but would also occur throughout the stages of the development process
at every level. This would ensure how the project would maintain quality during the
entire project plan for the development of the software implementation for enabling
AI in the organization.
Week 5 – 7
 Training: Since the employees in the organization is not much accustomed to the
implementation and use of the AI system, it is better to develop a training plan for
the organization and the implementation would also have the planning set for the
weekly upgrading of the employees with the proper training developed for the
detailed implementation plan.
 Documentation: The documentation about all the project plans need to be made
during the training, development and testing phase to ensure all the progressions in
the organization have been recorded in the documentation phase to make sure that
all the progressions are recorded and used for further references.
Week 8 – 9
 Pilot: The pilot is presented as a demonstration of the prototype prepared according
to the planning of the project. This is to ensure the maximum usage of the prototype
to make sure that there is still room for editing or modifying the software if any
anomalies are found.
 Deployment: The detected problems and their anomalies would be taken into
consideration and the final software would be deployed.

 Post Implementation Review: The implantation plan would be backed up by a

review of the implementation all documented.
Week 12
 AI Software Go-Live: This would be final stage of the AI software to go live for
the entire organization taking care of all the project constraints.

The stages that needed to be implemented within the project work for the successful
inclusion of the AI software system for the car has been completed following every step of
the project.

The task requirements have been fulfilled and it is yet again ready for the implementation
of the AI systems for the other business products and the entire organization as well, owing
to the advancements that technology has been making every other day.

Yes, the deadlines have been followed as per on the track that it has been set.

There have been few points of the project plan ideated that needed to be changed as per the
project implementation plan and also the usability of the end product by the customers who
have least to no knowledge about the utility of the end products. The manual inclusion plan
has been included in the project as a result after the initial planning was done for the
project.

The risk and issues that were identified about the implementation of the AI technology is
based upon the planning behind the entire business system. There has been a chance of
making the business information vulnerable to the AI systems.

I have learnt that I have gathered the ability to make the project planning according to the
set plan and also the planned program according to the requirements and also the changes
that are required according to the requirement of the situation.

What was the project supposed to accomplish?
The project was supposed to accomplish the successful implementation of the artificial
intelligence software within the organisation.
Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
The project was successful in its aims and this is because it was noticed that the schedule
planning and the budget planning was completed within the given budget and given time
and also the project completion was found to be e conducted even before the planning was
schedule to be completed.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project
(e.g. initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of
perspectives.
The phase where the project implementation plan understood all the requirements of the
organisation and then planned accordingly to implement all the project constant within the

Inception, the outcomes of the project and objectives that the project wanted to achieve.
From the perspective of the employees working within the organisation, the project has
been a success because it understood that they have limited access over the knowledge of
proper implementation plan of Artificial Intelligence and this is why they received a proper
training before the project was conceived. There was no problem in handling the project
with this implementation and as the project executive there also at peace with handling the
project and its progression.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?

The problem that emerged during the project was with the understanding of artificial
intelligence. Since the artificial intelligence uses in an automobile is a shift towards the
technological advancements, the employees were aware of the fact but it was yet to be
found out how the usual customers were taking into consideration about all the utilisation
of artificial intelligence in the automobiles they would be using.
This was a problem that was yet to be discovered since it was not what get launched for the
people or the customers to be used.
There was a timely identification of the project problem but it was still not resolved
because this is something that would only be judged after the customers actually use the
products. However, a plan to setup an awareness programme for the customers and
providing them with manual, both documented and practical, was plan to be implemented
during the launch of the product.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?
Undertaking the project, it can be learnt how the normal product can be enhance
technologically for the betterment of humankind, how a project should be handled in the
case of introducing a new technology to the customers and the employees in the project
team as well, how new technology is to be handled by an entire organisation and how a
project that is new to both the organisation and the employees is to be preceded with
understanding all the business requirements.
How would you rate your performance as project manager?
As a project manager, I would treat myself state 7 out of 10, 10 being the highest level of
accomplishments as the project manager. This is because I have encountered various
differences of opinion during the project progression and also, I have found that there are
difficulties when it is not sure how the project would be utilised by the customers. The
acquired benefits that the organisation understands about the utilisation of the
technological advancements, but it is very different and difficult to understand how it will
be perceived by the customers if they do not have any understanding of the technology.
