Considering the current growth of the features of artificial intelligence, the impact of
virtual assistance is one of the most impactful application. Two of the most effective
application of artificial intelligence is the Operation of AI assistance and Chatbot. A detail
elaboration of these two applications are listed below:
AI Assistance- is also termed as the digital assistance which analyses as well as obeys the
instructions of human by recognizing the voice. One of the popular application of AI
assistance is the Google assistance and Alexa. Followed by the above aspects it has been
identified that these devices holds the capabilities to perform several activities which includes
the activities like reading emails, reading text, dialing a number as well as playing songs.
ChatBot- is a types of chat robot which is programmed in such way that it can chat with like
human due to the application artificial intelligence. Chatbots has been developed with the
purpose to communicate with the human via text as the traditional method does not provides
efficiency in the chatting process.
Methods-
The AI assistance is a cloud-based application which has been developed in such way
that it can recognize the human voice and work accordingly. Whereas, the chatbots are
developed based on the application of machine learning and AI neural network. Along with
that chatbots also consists of self-learning programs which helps the application to become
more efficient.
Used techniques-
Followed by the above discussion it has been noticed from the investigation that
however, both the applications are based on the concept of AI concept they are technically
different. While analyzing the techniques of the applications like Alexa it has been noticed
that this is a cloud-based service which developed with an inbuilt program of speech

recognition. Alexa works by recognizing the voice of the users then perform according to the
instruction of the user. Along with the techniques of speech recognition ChatBots performs
based on the concept of human machine interaction. As in these techniques the feature of AI
is incorporated in such way that it can efficiently communicate with a human without any
human interaction.
Future application of Artificial Intelligence-
Followed by the above discussed concepts it can be stated that the application of Artificial
Intelligence holds significant impact towards the enhancement of the current technologies by
incorporating effective AI techniques. Considering the aspect that Artificial Intelligence has
large scope in future few proposals are listed below which can be developed using the
abilities of AI technologies:
Considering the rapid growth of the AI systems it has been noticed that due to the
implementation of AI the device can automatically compose new music.
Followed by this more effective driver less cars can be developed by the utilization of
Artificial intelligence.
Along with that the application of Artificial intelligence can be extended to develop
market analyst which will help the analyze the current market statistics.
Apart from the above-mentioned innovations, effective utilization of AI features holds
capability to develop more effective as well as efficient robots.
