Artificial Intelligence has penetrated many processes of organisation that resulting in
growing fear that smart machines will be soon replace many humans in decision making. It is
also known as machine intelligence (Mirza and Osindero, 2014). It affects on future work as
robots takes the position of humans. In coming years, there is 50 percent chances that machine
will outperform humans in all works, it is not fake, it is the research conducted by 350 artificial
intelligence researchers. Machines will be more efficient and effective than humans. It is also
discovered that all the jobs will be automated within in 120 years as it is said by the participants
in the survey conducted by the AI researchers. Human become useless by 2060 as everyone will
be beat up by machines as said by experts. Artificial intelligence is not only giving a smooth life
to human but they are vanishing the human from the earth and making them jobless but it is not
right hundred percent as creating new jobs, AI will help people do there jobs in much better way.
Addition to this, PWC and OECD has recommended some sectors or industries that are highly
benefited or as less risk from automation from the artificial intelligence (AI) are Education,
Scientific & Technical work, Information & Communication (Russell and Norvig, 2016). On the
other hand, there are some sectors or industries that will do badly include those that involve
repetitive, administrative work like Finance & Insurance, Retail, Construction, Public
Administration, Transport, Construction ad Manufacturing. The question arise is that, will
Artificial Intelligence displace some jobs or not?
