Introduction
The main objective of this paper is to deal with the improvement in the technological
trends with the help of Artificial Intelligence or AI (Russell and Norvig 2016). The word
represents that the intelligence that are not naturally provided by the humans or other
animals. In the language of computer science, this AI is also known as the machine
intelligence. There are many issues related to AI trends in the modern era.
Discussion
The main objective of the AI is said to lead with the creation of the technology,
which allows the computers as well as machines for functioning in a much more intelligent
manner (Parkes and Wellman 2015). There are certainly many capabilities, which an
intelligent system is expected to display. Some of these are provided below:
Reasoning and solving problems: The researchers has developed algorithms which
follows step by step reasoning to help humans to solve some kind of puzzles and also to make
logical deductions (Langley 2019). AI has developed many methods, which deals with the
incomplete information and employs the concepts from economics as well as probability.
Knowledge representation: This is a main aspect, which are centrally related to AI
research (Strong 2016). For this, reason AI has a common knowledge base, which contains
objects, categories, properties as well as relations between these objects.
Planning: The intelligent agents should be able to set their goals as well as to achieve
them (Wang and Srinivasan 2017). The AI are much more capable of planning any entire
project as they can provide a better plan to any project dealing with every single pros and
cons for dealing with the project.

Natural language processing: This is a sector in which AI machines have the ability to
read as well as understand the language for the humans. The natural language user interfaces
provides the ability of the human interaction.
Advantages of AI
The reduction of error in any computer system for doing a specific task.
The exploration of data is difficult to make.
The AI can help in many daily applications.
AI supports many digital assistants.
The repetitive jobs are quite easily identified.
AI has many medical applications and are very useful (Yu, Beam and Kohane 2018).
Disadvantages of AI
The major issues that are present in the commencement of the Artificial Intelligence
includes handling errors that are present in the management of the Artificial intelligence. In
case of improper handling of the technology of the Artificial Intelligence management of the
employees of the business organization can be performed as per the completion of the
meeting (Krittanawong et al. 2017). In case of improper implementation of the data sets the
main issue that is present includes the aspect that the decision making of the entire project
that is undertaken by the business organization gets affected in a negative manner.
Another issue that is preset in the functioning of the Artificial Intelligence includes
inefficient technical requirements of the business organization. The business organizations
that implements the Artificial intelligence must be having proper support of the technical
equipment’s. The main issue that is present includes better understanding of the legislation
issues that are present in the infrastructure that is required in the efficient usage of the AI

platform. Increasing of unemployment has been one of the major issue that is present in the
usage of the AI. After the implementation of the AI platform in the corporate sector includes
decrease in the cognitive labor of the globalized society. Presence of Inequality has been one
of the major concern of the implementation of the AI platform.
In this case with the help of the using of the AI driven platform the main disadvantage
that is included is that the recruitment f the employees decreases and hence the multinational
companies that have been doing their business gets affected in a negative manner. This insists
the fact that the localities will be facing an axe in recruiting level. This includes the fact that
the entire economic level will get affected in a negative manner. With the help of the
management of the AI base projection anther issue that is present includes the fact that
inclusion of innovation is affected as the machineries that implements the platform of AI
functions in a scheduled manner.
This performance of the AI based machineries prevents in inclusion of innovation in
the projection completion (Han 2018). In a way as AI has been increasing the efficiency of
the projects, uniqueness of the projects have been getting affected in a negative manner.
Security aspect of the data that are stored in the database of the AI based platform might get
affected in a negative manner. As the robustness of the infrastructure of the database of the
AI based platform will be at risk.
Recommendation
1. Before the releasing of the AI based platforms the business organizations must
perform rigorous testing (Liu et al. 2018). With the help of the proper testing of the
project the main benefit that will be achieved is that the robustness of the architecture
can be checked and betterment of robustness can be performed. After checking of the
entire scenario of robustness, passing of the AI based platforms must be performed.

2. After releasing of the AI based platforms the companies must be keeping a track on
the AI platforms. With the help of keeping track of the AI platform proper monitoring
of the AI based platform can be performed and this will help in bettering of the
project management that has deployed the platform. In case of arising of any issues, it
can be resolved (Allen and Chan 2017). This leads to the fact that there will be an
enhancement in the management of project.
3. Implementation of policies as per the requirement of the business organization is one
of the major recommendation that must be included in the process. This ensures that
the management of the entire process will perform as per the requirement of the
project.
Conclusion
From the above discussion it can be states that usage of AI has been increasing ina
drastic rate. The advantages that are provided with the help of implementation of the AI has
been providing high success to the business organization. Despite the advantages,
disadvantages are also present. With the help of the recommendations that are provided
gaining success with the usage of the AI platform can be increased.
