This research project, a part of an HND Business assignment, focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on business performance, specifically within the context of the Virgin Group. The project includes a questionnaire administered to gather data on various aspects of AI, such as its definition, benefits, influence on innovation, and challenges in implementation. The data analysis, presented in Chapter 4, utilizes frequency analysis and interpretations of the responses to each question, supported by graphical representations. The findings cover themes like the perceived definition of AI, its impact on business performance, its role in workplace innovation, the benefits of AI, the elements of AI used by the Virgin Group, its influence on the internal environment, the issues faced during implementation, and its role in improving effectiveness and productivity.
