Artificial Intelligence vs Human beings
The artificial intelligence is reflecting the demonstration of the machines as is seen in
comparison to the natural intelligence. The natural intelligence process is displayed by the
human beings as is seen in this context. The importance of the topic is reflecting the fact that it is
leading to the development of debate of replacing human beings. The artificial intelligence is
penetrating in the contemporary life with the help of the computer games, autonomous vacuum
cleaners for assisting the digital personal assistants. These AI programs are building the steps for
increasing the intelligent systems. As the AI technology is seen to be surpassing the human
beings, it is creating an impact on the human society as well as the economy. The supporters are
creating an impact on accelerating the rate of technology which is assumed to be replacing the
total human beings by the year 2030-2045 (Guitton 332-333). Thus, it will be leading to the job
crisis as the advent of the AI technologies will be seen.
The artificial intelligence will not be able to replace the human beings on the basis of the
fact that the people are not listening to the robots in the process of establishing events. The
leadership involvement is essential as it is surrounding the different elements of emotions. The
great leaders are consisting of the ability for understanding the emotions of the other peoples
present around them. In the case of the AI technologies, they are not able to measure the
emotions of the people present around them. Therefore, the leaders are essential who will be
helping them to have the ability of showing empathy and compassion. It will not be provided
with the help of the aspect of the artificial intelligence. The human beings are found to be only
having the capability of reacting instantly and creatively. It cannot be measured with the help of
the computer (Génova and Quintanilla Navarro 177-186). There are also some organizations
consisting of the position who will b need human creativity and the judicial process. Though the
machines are lacking the empathy in the communication area, due to this reason, the artificial
intelligence is of disadvantageous for the organizations in certain specific field. The comparison
is clearly illustrating the benefits and the shortcomings of the artificial intelligence over human
beings. Thus, the mitigation of the complete use of the artificial intelligence in the industry is
essential.

Artificial intelligence can increase the pace of sale calls. The sales managers cannot be
able to analyze the sales call at a rapid pace as the artificial intelligence can do. Artificial
intelligence can make the job process very easy. There are multiple numbers of job exists that
can be significantly replaced by artificial intelligence. The retail salesperson, couriers, and
telemarketing person can be easily replaced by artificial intelligence. The sales manager and
marketers are significantly using the artificial intelligence for their betterment. The artificial
intelligence can be said as technological machines. These machines can help an organization in
the decision-making process. Similarly, a person can use the artificial intelligence for his or her
won interest (Hallevy).
Artificial intelligence has several advantages along with few disadvantages. In the case of
social factors, artificial intelligence can pose a threat to the people. Autonomous weapons have
been made through artificial intelligence. Due to this reason, an organization or a nation has to
implement artificial intelligence very cautiously. Inappropriate usage of artificial intelligence can
create a negative environment across the world. The business organizations have to use the
artificial intelligence for betterment. In financial institutions, artificial intelligence can be used
extremely. The financial institutions are involving in managing big data. The big data
management can be done through effective implementation of artificial intelligence (Jiang and
Wang 93).
The capability of artificial intelligence is immense. But, it is also true that artificial
intelligence cannot replace the human beings. In the case of conversation, the artificial
intelligence cannot act as human beings. Conversation is a vital factor in the organization.
Without effective conversation, a business organization cannot be able to sustain for long term
purposes. In a stable society, it is very important for people to have effective communication
with each other. Artificial intelligence must not be able to fulfil the criteria of effective
communication within the society (Jiang and Wang 93).
