AI and THE FUTURE OF WORK
Based on the speech given at MIT conference on AI and future work, certain information
can be derived. The president of MIT delivered a speech showcasing present scenario of
inclusion of upcoming technologies within our daily lives. The issues bothering to Americans as
well in terms of economic growth (Artificial intelligence will create as many jobs as it destroys,
according to a PwC analysis, 2018). Considering worries of citizens, the speaker addressed may
advantages of AI that can be helpful in success of MIT institute. Further he expressed his view in
capabilities of human to handle technologies or automation. According to him, AI is an effective
tool to thrive within business environment and it solely depends upon man to manage and control
AI for designing good and sustainable future.
Furthermore, in an article published in 2017, addressed various advantages of AI in
different fields specially in video games and certain android and google applications. Such
informations of article giving proofs of developed technologies that is outperforming man

been helping to detectives to solve criminal cases, one of the biggest need of world is being
fulfilled by AI.
Even PwC had supported AI by focusing on various jobs opportunities that will be given
by it. As per data, more jobs are created in field of healthcare, transport and manufacturing. It
shows concerns about the fact related to rich and poor class people where, unemployed will be
deprived of utilizing AI and its tools in upcoming future (AI will be able to beat us at everything
by 2060, say experts, 2017). Along with it OECD supports automation to the fullest due to high
amount of advantages related to it.
