INTRODUCTION
Professional communication refers to exchange of information in an systematic manner
so that other individual can understand in effective manner. Communication plays important
roles in transformation of various crucial data and facts from one person to another so that
accurate decision can be taken. This report discussed about certain specific issue that are faced
by ARUL universities and suggested possible solution that can be used by it to resolved issue
and smooth operation. It also justify why other two other solution have not been chosen for
resolving different issued faced by ARUL.
About issue faced by ARUL
First issue that is faced by ARUL is that there is tremendously increased in number of cases
of anxiety and depression among students that adversely impacted on mental state of individual.
So, large number of universities in order to provide mental health support to individual are
accessing “therapy animals” or allowing student to bring their own therapy animals to classes or
where they live (Huggins, Prokop and Thompson, 2020). Therefore, ARUL is confused that
what option or alternatives it selected so that no harm can be caused to students and university.
Changes policies might impact on students and welfare of animals so all such issue created
problem for ARUL University.
Various possible alternative that are available for ARUL
There are three possible alternatives which can be used by ARUL to resolves its issues of
animal therapy for better mental health of individual. Such as:
One of the possible solutions of issue is that university needs to invest in student services
and counselling for mental support as well as prohibit students from bringing any animals
for protection of building of university.
Another solution of mental health issue is that university need to invest in animal therapy
so that students can pay at specific areas for mental relief (Moraes, GIizuka and Pedro,
2018).
University need to give permission to student to accompany animals to campus so that
student can live or spend time with them and chance of depression and anxiety.
Examination of two solutions which have not been selected for resolving issues
As per various alternatives the two options that were not suitable were firstly ARLU to
invest in mental health support and restrict student to bring their own therapy animal. One of the

reasons is that it can lead to legal complication which further increased cost of universities and
impacted on long term brand image. Another disadvantage is that it would be difficult for
university to justify for restriction or exemption of certain animal in universities like guide dog.
Therefore it is not ideal option suitable for resolving mental health issue faced by students of
University ARUL.
Second recommendation which have not been selected is tells student to bring their own
animals to class or place where they live so that they cannot feel isolated. This suggestion has
also some of the disadvantages animal can lead to allergies and phobias to other student or it can
pass from one generation to another (Malafaia, Santos and Morato, 2020). Another point is that
animal cause damage to property of university so ARUL that increase overall operational cost of
university.
Justification of selected alternative
It can be critically analysed and stated from above report that the best alternative among
three options is ARUL can invest in animal therapy centres so that many student have separate
designated space for having fun and entertainment. It can easily look after management of
animal therapy for better mental health of individuals. Most important advantages of this
suggestion is that universities can avoid some of law suits as it has offered facilities of animal
therapy for students to have enjoyment (VanFleet, 2020). Students have lot of stress at time of
examination so animal therapy is best alternate to make them happy and satisfied. It also
contributed towards making various individual happy and satisfied as researches have showed
that therapy dogs significantly reduce stress level. So, it is best possible option to reduce issue of
mental health such as stress and anxiety among students by investing in centres. Last benefit of
invest in animal therapy centre is that no damaged can be used to whole building of universities
thus lot of time, cost and money is saved of ARUL.
Second issued as per articles faced by ARUL
Most of the people are becoming aware of conservation of environmental resources and
government is also putting immerse pressure on organisation to take crucial steps for reduces
impact on climate changes. Another important issues in reducing impact on environment is that
limited amount of fund is available with ARUL (Salvioni, Franzoni and Cassano, 2017).
Therefore less availability of capital to incorporate steps for protection of environment are

limited so ARUL wants better option which can helps in protection of resources, environment

Various solution of issues
One of the alternative options of reducing impact on environment is that investment in
solar panels so that amount of electricity usages can be reduced.
Second option is that it can upgrade or innovates its technologies by gonging paperless
thus making all process of teaching digital so that student can get better knowledge and
learn new things easily.
It is last alternative which stated that ARUL University can created a fund for e bike so
that most of the staff member and students can easily encouraged to travel thus
sustainability is promoted and impact of environment can be minimised.
Examination of various two solutions that have not been selected for resolving issue
The second suggestion of e- bike schemes is not selected for resolving issue of impact on
environment as it is most suitable for longer journey. Most of the students and staff member stay
close to ARUL so investment in bike may not be so much fruit full. Students that have homes
away from Universities are already staying in hostels so there is no much wastage of petrol.
Another disadvantage of investment in e-bike is that it does not suit each and every individual
because basic fitness is needed to ride e-bike (Brewer and Holmes, 2016). At last it is also not
confirmed that investment in e- bikes schemes will lead to decreased in use of transportation and
reduction of number of impact on environment and natural resources. So, insufficient surety
about its benefits can be most reason that it have not been chosen for ARUL to resolve its issues.
Third recommendation that is move towards paperless office is also not accurate solution
of problem despite the fact that there is tremendous changes and innovation in technology and
living standard of people. There are several advantages of going paperless and use of digital
media by ARUL university such that reduction in deforestation or large amount of chemical is
not wastages. Despite of several advantages there are some key point which act as disadvantages
such as many of stakeholder become habitual of digital media for small work or there are student
which are suffering from disabilities or eye condition so using screen may be vulnerable to their
eyes. ARUL have to incurred lot of cost in order to use digital medium to teach student thus it
has limited amount or fund to takes steps for preservation of resources (Huggins, Prokop and
Thompson, 2020). Another issue is that there are various hardware and software issues that may

lost lot of data or lesson that need to be explained by teachers. There are some work which only
requires paper to complete so innovation or adaption of digital medium may not helps in getting
better results.
Justification
Most of the people are selecting solar panels in their houses in order to conserve cost of
energy thus becoming less relevant on power grid. There are several benefits of solar panel such
as reduce electricity bill of university and conserve lot of energy thus providing more benefits to
planet. There are huge numbers of class room in universities which uses lot of electricity thus
solar panel helps in conserving energy. Several advantages of solar energy on environment can
be illustrated as follows:
Minimum requirements of water: It can be stated that water is one of the most important
resources that needed to be preserved for existing as well as future generation. Traditional
method of production of electricity leads to uses of litres of waters for various purposes such as
cooling generators and refining fuels (Illingworth, 2017). Thus, solar panel does not required
water to generates electricity so it can be used by ARUL for taking steps for conservation of
resources.
Amount of air pollution reduce: Air is another important natural resources that need to be
preserved so people can live healthy and better live in future circumstances. There are various
problem that can be created from increase air pollution form tradition means of generation of
electricity such as release of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide and methane which makes
quality of air poor.
CONCLUSION
Therefore it can be concluded from above report that in order to resolve issue of mental
health or stress faced by students ARUL can invest in animal therapy for several benefits and
long term growth of enterprise. It can also be stated from above report that Environment needs to
be preserved so solar panel is one of the best option from various alternatives that will conserve
resources as well as cost of operating university.
