using AR/ VR. Augmented reality and virtual reality are one of those technologies that helps in
bridging gap between digital and physical word. Today augmented reality and virtual reality are
being used within each and every business or different purposes. AR uses real world settings and
help users to control their presence in real world whereas virtual reality is completely virtual and
help users in experiencing a virtual environment completely controlled by the system.
If Smart PLC use 3D AR technology in online shopping within their Smartchoice
application then it would directly help in enhancing overall experience of customers in shopping
and would enhance value exchange. This can directly help in enhancing value exchange of
customers and would enhance conversion rate by 40 percent. Including AR technology in
Smartchoice application would help in enhancing confidence level of customers increase their
post-purchase satisfaction. AI based feedback system would also be included within the system
so that rapid response to feedback of customers can be provided.
Proposals to build and model positive UX (User Experience) data visualization
Data visualization is one of the most important things to be focused upon by business as
it helps in making reading, information interruption much easier (Lee, Park and Song, 2019). Not
only this, it can be used by leaders of SMART PLC as an option to evaluate experience of users
of their in one application and can work upon enhancing their overall experience. Incorporation
of data visualization can directly help in developing positive experience of users of Smartchoice
application that can directly help management in managing positive insight to users and help
employees to manage positive experience of users of application. Smart PLC can use BI
application for data visualisation where 3 D cart, graphs will be developed using users data
including their purchases, preferences etc. Adoption of appropriate BI data visualization tool will
directly help Smart PLC in representing their data visually in simple format. Keeping data in
simple format will help leaders to use this data for bringing innovation within their products and
applications owned or used by them.
Smart PLC can use Tableau as a data visualization tool. This tool will directly help
leaders to self- visualize their data, extract useful information that can be used by them in
bringing changes within their BIS solution for developing positive user experience. Tableau can
be used by leaders, a management and employees for visualizing data for development of
positive user experience. Leaders can use it to evaluate monthly figures using 3D graphs in order

Proposals to design two to three interactive elements (UI) that encourage exploration and
promote positive business outcomes
Virtual reality and augmented reality can be used for Smart PLC busies information
system (Regazzoni, Rizzi and Vitali, 2018). There are various kinds of AR/VR requirements that
can help them in gaining positive business outcomes and these requirements can be included
within interactive elements of user interface. VR can be used and incorporated in interactive
elements of BIS by including virtual assistance for customers. This virtual assistance can help
users in finding or searching nearest store, searching food and beverages within their budget.
Augmented reality can be used as an interactive element of user interface that will further help
customers to attend live events that are being held within restaurant. It will directly help Smart
PLC in attracting more customers towards their food and beverages.
Other than this objective of augmented reality can be used for creating interactive user
interface using elements such as images, objectives etc. This AR requirement will directly help
in making use interface more interesting where users will be able to use their voice and facial
expression to make business information system understand their needs and requirements.
Virtual reality objectives can also use used for developing interactive user interface using which
users can easily view food or beverage that they are ordering virtually

Explanation of theory used to justify the choices made for your proposed business information
solution and ways in which those theories were applied
There were various kind of theories that were used to make choices within proposed
business information solution. Each of those theories were applied for different purpose and
helped in proposing system that fulfil both business and customers’ requirements. First theory
used was porters five force analysis. This theory helped in analysing competitive environment by
evaluating threats of current competition, new competition, suppliers, substitute products etc. this
theory directly helped in understanding substitute products available in market, features of
substitute products that can impact business of organization (Bruijl, 2018). This analysis helped
in identifying features that were required to be included within new application for gaining
competitive advantage, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This theory further helped
in gaining more clarity of services or augmented reality and virtual reality requirements that are
required to be included within application developed.
In order to support business information solution for development of application for
organization, value chain was also used for identifying specific and critical leveraging points that
can be focused upon by firm while developing information system for gaining competitive
advantage. Adoption of value chain theory directly helped organization in identifying their main
primary and secondary activities that are important to be focused upon adding value to their
developed application and for enhancing overall experience of their users in order to convert
most of the users into customers of organization (Nagy and et.al, 2018). This theory was majorly
used for enhancing cost/ value exchange for both business and customers as it helped in gaining
understanding of places where augmented reality a virtual realty can be included within
application. Value chain analysis was used to identify all the main primary and secondary value
chain activities that are required to be focused upon and included within application so that it

looks different from its competitors’ applications. With the help of this analysis, it was identified
that HR, and finance are secondary value chain activities. This value chain theory also helped in
evaluating that production, sales and logistics are main primary activities, so for this sales
management and point of sales system were included to be accessed by management of
organization, restaurant management features are included on dashboard for HR to access and
manage application and ordering service is included as a feature for customers to order food and
beverages desired by them, AI based feedback system is induced for customers so that they can
provide their feedback and AI based system can respond to their feedback effectively.
Other than this balance scorecard model was also used for identifying scope of
improvement within internal operations of the application in order to enhance external outcomes
(Perramon and et.al, 2016). This mode was used to evaluate the application for taking important
decisions that can help in making application much better and more effective and can help
organization in achieving desired goal and objective in a positive manner. With the help of this
model vision and strategy of organization for this application were analysed and it was identified
that financially this application could directly help in increasing sales, enhance net profitability
every year. It further helps in evaluating and analysing customer perspective. This directly
helped in bringing improvement within application and helped in understanding ways in which
augmented reality and virtual reality can help in developing business information system in such
a manner that it enhances for cost/value exchange for your business and customers, ways in
which user experience though user interface can be enhanced, AR/VR elements that could be
included for making interactive user interface. This helped in in taking decisions about
Smartchoice so that this application can help in converting new market application users into
