REFLECTION
During this project I have experienced numerous emotions that is aligned with the
positive and negative experience. However, this project enabled me to develop my weakness into
my strengths. Also, I have analysed my weakness during the project. The group task has been
assigned to me and my mates. Thus, we were total four members in the group and task has been
assigned to each member. The task that has been assured to me was related to analysing the
major elements of learning organisation in non-government organisation. The other group
member were allocated task on the basis of their interest. However, I have faced numerous issues
in completion of my task. Often, I faced issues in relation of establishing effective coordination
among group members. At initial stage I thought that I am not able to cooperate with my group
members and I cannot assure effective contribution in group task. However, later I realised that it
has happened due to my ineffective communication and time management skills. I was not able
to communicate my issues and problems with my group members therefore, they were unable to
understand my issues and due to this I had a thought that my group members did not understand
my issues.
Also, due to ineffective communication skills I have analysed that, I was not able to
deliver my outcomes on time and that has created delay in project. Thus, my ineffective time-
management skills has impacted my deliverables. Also, when one of my team member asked me
about the major reason behind the delay of project. At that time, I was unable to disclose my
issues and it was because of the ineffective communication skills. As a result, this has created the
ineffective coordination among me and my group members. Afterwards, my team leader has
communicated with me and asked about my issues and that time I felt highly comfortable and I
explained major issues that has been faced by me during this project. I shared that I was unable
to complete the task on time due to my ineffective time management skills. Along with this I
shared that, I was unable to share my issues as well. My team leader listened to my issues in
effective manner. Often, potential support has been assured by him. He said to me that there is no
need to worry in this as he is with me and provide help in regards of my issues. Thus, I felt
highly comfortable in sharing my issues. Thus, I got to know that it is highly important to share
the major problems with the group leader and members as well as it does not impact the over-all

group performance and helps in solving the issues as well. Thus, I have decided to focus over my
time management and communication skills. I will part my whole task in different parts and I
will assure time frame to each task. In this manner, I will become able to complete my final task
with the selected time frame. Also, I will make major discussion in my class that leads to make
my communication skills more effective.
