needed to be fulfilled. Good amount of focus has been given to frame policies that support and
help all the workers to take initiatives. These policies and support to co-worker brings solutions
to the real problems. ASDA is also making sure that it follow various campaigns and
programmes that deals with supporting and encouraging employees (Kanders and et.al., 2020).
New stores-
ASDA is operating new stores in organization. ASDA company is operating in various
countries but after Covid-19, the company had to close few stores because of the restrictions that
were imposed on them. The company is thinking to launch new stores in market to redistribute
risk in different countries.
