INTRODUCTION
Surrounding of the business is having a huge impact on the organization so it is essential
for the business entity to make a proper analysis of the external environment (Shaheen and et.
al., 2014). Most of the companies conduct the external analysis on the random basis which helps
to them to make changes and developments accordingly. This report is based on the ASDA
which is a big retail outlet chain in the UK. The below presented study is having focus on the far
right wing parties which is a big political issues in the UK and after it is having details on the
reduce rates of the immigrations which can make an impact on the organization business. At the
last it is having content on the high use of smart phone apps by the teenagers.
TASK 1
An increase in support for far right wing parties
Far fight parties are the mainly oppositions parties in the UK and they are in the last year
people are increase their support for these parties. UK was a part of the EU and they are having
trade and foreign policies according to the EU nations. But after the BREXIT it has created an
adverse impact on the ruling parties working policies. So far right wing parties have increase
their number of supporters in the UK. Most of the people do not know that BREXIT can make an
adverse impact on their business (MacCormick and Parker, 2010). So they are unable to digest
this change in the trade so they are now supporting to the far right wing parties. Opposition
parties which are agreed on the traditional values and it’s use in the trade and foreign policies
which can help to they company to make a better trade and working environment in the nations.
So now it is essential for the ASDA to be prepared for the further changes in their trade
by which they can make a better trade in the changing perception of the UK. They have to make
a proper analysis of the trade environment which can help to the company to makes a better trade
policy in the future. Different type of analysis are having different views for the far right wing
parties but mainly they are positive on a point that these political parties are essential to make a
changes in the trade and as well as it can help to the nation to retain their traditional values in the
trade and government policies (Rong and et. al., 2015).
Political changes can be done in the future and these policies can be in the used by the
ruling parties so it is essential for the company to make a proper analysis of the policies \by
which they can make a better trade by using these policies. People are having a favor of these

political parties cause they are feeling that their view p9oints can be beneficial for them in their
future and as well as it can help to them to make a better trade in the country.

Reduce rates of immigration to the UK
Immigration is related to the people from foreign country lives in the UK. According to
the survey of the Daily Mail UK figures of the foreign people in the UK is fallen down in a fast
manner (Morçöl and Wolf, 2010). Number of Indian students studying in the UK universities has
been decreased by the ten percent during the last year which is a creating a question mark on the
UK universities and their study environment. On the other side USA, Australia and Canada is
having a increase by on an average ten percent which is creating a trouble for the UK
government. It makes a compulsion for the UK government to think and find out those points
which are creating this situation. Foreign students and people are always supportive in the
growth of the economy but people are leaving the UK so it is essential for the UK government to
make a effective changes in their foreign policies which can help them to increase the number of
people again and retain the believe of the foreign students and people. So it is essential for the
ASDA to make a effective changes in their trade policies regarding to the foreign customers by
which they can increase the sales from the foreign customers (Basole and et. al., 2015). They
have to make special discount offers for the students which are related to the nations which can
be beneficial for them. Company can use this offer and make a better deal with those customers
by making offers for them. Decrease in the immigrations indicates that people are not feeling
well and they are not having enough cause to stay here. So they are moving forward to another
nations like; Canada, USA and Australia where they can make better business and as well as
where they can get better education. Foreign people are having enough cause to move forward in
the nation where they can get a better opportunity. People are having a better option in their life
so it is essential for the government to make a better options for the foreign people by which they
can retain the rates of immigration in the foreign people.

Teens obsessed with the smart phone apps
Most of the teenagers in the UK are addicted of the smart phones applications, these
applications are related to the social media and games application which is creating a trouble in
their personal life (Storey, 2016). Most of the teenagers are having a mental disorder that they

have to check their social media sites in each and every hour which creates a hinder in their study
and as well as in their practices. According to the survey of the BBC one in three youngsters
check their Face book account at night which is a cause of their restless sleep. So it is essential
for the government to make a quick reaction on it (Stanwick and Stanwick, 2013). Mobile games
are creating a row in between the study and students, they are wasting their time in the mobile
games application. Most of the people are addicted of the 3d games which are creating a negative
impact on their life also so it is essential for the government to take a step on it. Some of the
significant mobile applications are here which is impacting on the teenagers;
Face Book: It is the most common application which is used by the teenagers to make new
friends on the social media, most of the teenagers are having their account on the Face Book, it is
having a verification but after that teenagers crack this and using Face book with out any
hesitation.
Whatsapp: It is an app which is used by the people to make communication with those people
whose numbers they have saved in the mobile. Most of the teenagers are making chats and group
chats by it which is creating hinder in their studies. Notification creates a barrier in the consistent
studies.
Pokémon: This is the latest game which is used by the youngsters in very large numbers,
teenagers has gone crazy about this game and they are using this game on the roads and
everywhere which can be a cause of big accident so it is essential for the users that they have to
play it safely.
These all of the games and applications are creating an impact on the teenagers which are
given under these points;
Health: These applications are working as a hinder in the health of the teenagers, it is creating
sleeping disorder which is hampering the work and studies.
Studies: Notifications in the mobile is creating a disturbance in the studies so it is essential for
the students to turn off data use when they are studying.
So ASDA has to make these type of which is high verification procedure of the age by
which they can contribute in the studies of the teenagers.

The above concluded report is has been based on the understanding business of the ASDA which
is working in on a huge level so it is essential for them to make a proper analysis of the working

environment. It can help to the company to make a better trade and increase the number of
customers. In the last year UK is facing some issues related to the political, social and
technological, far right parties has a huge increase in the supporters because they are having a
better policy against to the ruling party. The government is not having proper control on the trade
and economy so people has move forward to the other nations by which they has a huge
downfall in the immigration rates.
