ASDA organisation which is termed to be British supermarket retailer company with its
headquarter in United Kingdom. In addition to this it is tag to be one of the best food and
beverages brand in retail sector (Adzic, 2011. The company earlier has launched a new product
name organic chocolate in its home nation itself and it was found to be a successful move by
CEO of ASDA as it showed a huge success in UK from last one year. So CEO of ASDA has
planned to launch and advertise this product at an international level in new country name
France. This report discusses about aims, objectives and project management plan including
work break down structure and Gantt chart of the project. Moreover, small scale research has
also being done while carrying out this assignment of project which includes some
recommendations and reflection on the launch.

from developing to emerging economics. In addition to this it help to promote international
corporation, cultural awareness and global economy (Ariely, 2012). Therefore in order to stay
ahead in competition ASDA company CEO is planing to launch the successful product name
organic chocolate in France and there for in order to expand business at global level project
