INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse the key issues in creating better climatic factors in the organisation.
Climate change is all about the changes in weather patterns which creates many cause in the
environment and human lifestyle. The main driver of climate change are the humans only who
indulges in the harsh practices like easting materials, burning fossil fuels, unnecessary use of oil
and gas and many other. Changing climates may impact on the lifestyle of humans itself which
becomes the reason for volcanos, disasters and Tsunami. Some of characteristics of climate
changes includes that, it may have long term effect on the heat waves and heavy precipitation. It
may destroy natural resources that will not be a successful factor for the business. This report is
going to focus on the Asda, a giant supermarket retail store chain which was established in 1949
(Fahad, Sonmez, Saud, et.al 2021). The company needs to involve in better strategies that will
lower down the climatic impact on the company. For that instance, with the report there will be
discussion about some advantages and disadvantages of creating the business by focusing on the
climatic strategies to assure growth and success.
Advantage 1 of creating the business
Climate change is as situation in which the surroundings creates many development and
changes within the environment. People live in a society where environment plays vital role and
maintaining a natural flow of air and resources to survive, in the world full of technology and
dynamic trends, climate also gets affected in negative manner. Due to high industrialisation,
heavy burning soils and fossil fuels, cutting forest and mountains creates natural disasters. The
greenhouse gases which is produced due to excess of burning fossil fuels and coals leads to
generate carbon dioxide which is not good for a human body survival. This leads to create
