INTRODUCTION
In the fast-changing world managing business environment equality and diversity are the
essential aspect for the company which tend to provide better working culture for the company.
Diversity consist of different element such as age, gender and ethnic background which company
have to acquire so to achieve desire aims and objective in the well define manner (Bartelds,
2019). On the other hand, equality describe about similarity in providing all the benefits services
to consumer. The present report is based upon ASDA which is British supermarket retail store
which deals in grocery items. The company headquarter is located in UK and there are 165000
working for the company. The project describes about various kind research method which is
used for completion for work effectively. Apart from this recommendation and reflection is been
used to describe about the company workplace effectively.

Overview of the company: ASDA is the one of the largest convenience stores in entire

plan is mainly developed by investigator by analyzing different aspect of project as this provide
better result. There are various kind of aspect which must be consider while planning is

which are briefly explained below in detail manner.
This is been suggested to ASDA is to improvise their corporate policies and make crucial
changes which aid in increasing the workplace diversity and provide equal opportunity to
each and every employee which are present within the company (Yevlanov and et., al.,
2019). Hence this will help in increasing the productivity and improve the working
condition of workers.
Beside this, employees who are not aware with term of inclusive environment have to
provide training and development program which help in spreading awareness and
increase the productivity of the company. Apart from this it, facilitate organization to
develop a sustainable business model for the longer time period.
From the research this has been analysis that lack of female worker is the major challenge
for the company so in order to overcome such problem this is suggested to the company
to have promote more women which assist in improving the culture and provide better
result.
Apart from this, this is also recommended to ASDA to ensure that there is proper
involvement of employees, so this provide motivation factor and employees tend provide
effective result for the growth and expansion of the company.

objectives
While working on the researcher work, I follow all the guidelines and procedure in order to
complete the task effectively. I used all my knowledge as well as skills which help to face all the
challenges and problems which were faced during the entire investigation. I tend to use different
kind of tools such as work break down structure which help me to manage my work a data
appropriately. Beside this, I have also improved my communication skills which is very useful in
my career. Although I came across various hurdles and with my ambition, I used to manage all
my task properly. To carry forward the research work effectively I used questionnaire in order to
gather the data which is very essential for improving the quality of work.
Due to this project I used to manage my time which help me to understand the
importance of time management. Along with this, my teachers and superiors help me to clear my
doubts and provide proper guidance for the successful compellation of work. By using
appropriate research methods and data collection method I gather reliable information which
help in maintaining the quality of the project. I also improve my interpersonal skills which is
very crucial for future growth and development. Furthermore, is also learn about managing the
resources such as money and other material which are used for completion of research project.
