To deal with the problem of gender pay gap, it can be recommended to the management
of respective company that the administration must develop plan and policies to
administrate the quality of work so that it will help in reducing the difficulty of equality
and diversity at workplace. To salaried and provide growth option to those people in
equal way who are working on same position, the company can provide similar

and with assistance of it, I segregate my work so that I can attain my set goals by maintaining the

in this research project. I make development in my communication skills because at the time of
gathering data for the completion of this report, I make conversation with various people who
belong form different region and use different languages. It help me in providing information
