INTRODUCTION
 Business ethics are the polices that conduct
in organisation to provides the overview of
right and wrong in business environment.
 The polices of governance includes
discrimination, harassment, unethical
accounting, nepotism and favouritism.
 The aim to establish a ethical policy is to
form a moral attitude in company.

ETHICAL ISSUE OF ASDA
 According to tom Earnshaw, (2021), ASDA
faced the employee harassment allegations
at workplace.
 An employee was harassed by the upper
management for its nationality.
 The accused filed the law suit in the
employee tribunal against the company on
conducting the unethical activity.

IMPACT OF ASDA’S ETHICAL
ISSUE OVER STAKEHOLDERS
 Due to the above ethical issue ASDA faced
various issue in performing the operations.
 Many employees has resigned from the
company operations because of toxic work
culture and harassment.
 Company image has affected in the market
which shows in decline sales. Stated case
published in newspaper which influence
numbers of customers to criticize given
company operations.

PERSONAL OPINION IN REGARDS
TO ASDA’S ETHICAL MISCONDUCT
 Develop an anti harassment policy that
taking the concern of all mangers as well as the
employee of the company
 Elaborate the anti harassment policies with all
the employees.
 Develop the work environment which “DO
NOT” support to any unethical activity
 Provides the workers assurance and
protection for the employees who feel they are
harassed.

CONCLUSION
 In the above given report it is shown that
ASDA conducted unethical actions, which is
done by manager against the working
employee.
 Because of the above unethical event
operations of ASDA got affected and criticized
by employee as well as audiences.
 Later, in mentioned document some opinion
were provided to solve the unethical issue for
company better working environment.
