role in development, reinforcement and changes
in organisational cultural.
 This functions concerns more on improvement
of company's bottom line by enhancing
performance of employees and completing
needs of workforce, on the basis of business

 Human resource issue in any firm, lead to decrease productivity of
business and impact negatively on employee morale.
 To deal with employee request and handle compliance issues, are
considered as the biggest challenge for HRM of a company.
