The role of the manager in the company plays a vital role in forming the company and even the
growth of the company is also dependent on the manger effective working. Asda is a British
company. This company covers a large amount of market in the retailer sector, and it's
headquartered is in Leeds, West Yorkshire and established in 1949. Besides the retail marketing
company also provide a number of other services such as financial service, mobile phones, etc.
The logo which, Company prefers to attract its customers in the market is "Save money and live
better". Which basically defines the good product and service at a reasonable price.
Therefore, the smooth working of the company, it requires of the well-managed manger with
sufficient skill of managerial and techniques to deal with the company policy and in the critical
situation. Managerial skills are required a lot to manage one company, as whole working and
guidance to the staff is dependent on the manager (Singh,2014). Asda retailer company manager
behave as the company planner, coordinator, marketer and producer. The company growth is
directly dependent on how the manager utilizes the available resources for achieving the
company target. The role of the manager in the Asda company is as follow:-
The manager is the person who organizes all the store and operation working
responsibility, as this thing will decide the growth of the retail sector.
The manager also supervises and guides the staff for the working criteria in the company
to gain maximum profit from the market.
As Asda Company is a retail marketing company, therefore he or she at the position of
manager has to maintain the budget for aiming the minimum expenditure and gaining of
maximum profit.
He or She has to maintain and control the stock available in the company store to ensure
that company is within budget.

sales graph. Sale factor puts the very diverse effect on the company. As all know for the
Asda retail company sale is the lifeline for the company to exist in the market of
competition and this is raised due to the lack in quality service from the side of the
