INTRODUCTION
Global business environment can be defines as the overall environment in different
sovereign countries which are impacted by various environmental factors such as political,
social, economical and legal. The following report has taken ASDA which is a British
supermarket chain and headquarters England. The business was established by Noel Stockdale
and J.W Hindell. The following report will focus on analyzing key drives of the organization
based on the previous project along with its impact on the marking as well as HRM operation so
the business (Avesani., 2020).
MAINBODY
Impact of Key drives on marketing operations of ASDA.
The organization has a massive range of products and service that allow the organization
to have a broader marketing operation. This makes it crucial for the organization to have highly
skilled and talented employees within its marking teams. In addition to it’s the organization is
known for its making strategies that allow it to attract customers in an optimal manner. Although
there are various competitors in the market such as TESCO and Sainsbury’s that can negatively
impact the marking strategies of the organization. In addition to this the organization marking
operations are also negatively impacted by their weak presence in the international marketing
which are prices at higher rates. The organization has to focus on enhancing its marking
operation by utilizing their strength of being a well-established business in the market in order to
gain market competitiveness. It will also allow the organization to expand its business in new
market with relative ease (Holbeche., 2018).

Impact of Key drivers on Human resource management of ASDA.
The Human resource management of the organization is highly impacted by their
opportunity to enter new markets. It would require the organization to develop the process of
effective hiring of employees who are talented and skilled as well. In addition to this, HRM of
the organization is effective in proving skilled employee to the marketing operation of the
organization resulting in optimal performance relative to marketing. Moreover, in order to gain
competed advantage in the market the organization can utilize HRM to attain employee who will

provide high level of customer service leading to optimal level of customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the organization can utilize its key strength of being a well-established organization in
order to attract talented employees. This will allows the business to expand its business operation
in new market and eliminate the weakness of operating in an restricted market (Buckley,

CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that, it is vital for an organization to
understand its key drivers and how they impact on the various operations of the organization.
The above report was able to conclude that the chosen organization can utilize its strength of
being a well know business in the marketing in order to enhance its marking operation. In
addition to this it can also enhance its HRM operation by hiring capable workers who will help
the organization to eliminate it weakness of poor international presence in the market.
