Asda is a multinational organization in the retail although it has huge variety in its
product and service but still its quality is lacking behind. The product and service which Asda is
offering is not that much efficient as compared to its competitors that has created barriers of
achievement of goals. Asda is having a long-term goal to stand on the top in the retail market.
For this Asda should organize a research which will explain its show what offers and service the
company is offering to its customer with its rivals. The organizational research will help Asda to
minimize its organizational issue more effectively (Tong., Sengupta and Tanaka, 2020.).
Research will help Asda to resolve its issue as there are different type of research by which this
issue will be explored. Asda will organize its research will survey, questionnaires, interview and
many more. Asda have to resolve its problem of low quality of products so for this they have to
inspect its potential and new customer's in the market. The problem of low quality of its product
will resolve with the research which is conduct for Asda.
As per my point of view the surveys will be helpful in this research. Because Asda have
to find required quality in its product and services which will fully satisfy the customer's demand
as customers are more preferring those goods and services which have a premium quality in the
product. For this the company need to conduct a survey of market and customer's preference,
competitive and market stand. The survey will help to understand the market value of customers,
product and services qualities. With the help of market knowledge the Asda can change and
modify its product and service quality (Kovacic and et.al., 2017). The research is conduct on
qualitative approach as the area of Asda is wider and with the use of qualitative type the research
will complete in minimum time. The data which is collected with this approach is more effective
and reliable. Asda has used primary and secondary data in its research of organization.
Asda has been taken the survey to research its organization issue as it will definitely help
the organization to find buyers preferred quality in products and services. The company can also
use other research type like it can do experiment research to find the required quality by
customer. With experiment the Asda can launch the smilier product and check whether the
product is preferred by targeted customer's or not according to this they can make the plan to
launch that product in the wider market (Kasab and et.al., 2017). Asda can also use the

all the methods of research and management studies. I found that the research cover qualitative
as well as quantitative. I have got that the organization theory and research involves process
analysis at individual, group basis. Organization research done to check and analysis all the
market condition so that company can launch new product for fulfilment of customer
requirements. (QADER and et.al., 2019). Thus, it leads to enhance in the market share as well as
increase profit of organization. I also understood that the organization theories and its research as
they provide attention for effects of social organization and it also aimed to evaluate the attitude,
beliefs of people in organization.
I got that the research methods is of different types that includes experiments as the
people who are included in the experiment might be asked to measure their abilities. These
abilities are inspected verbally or digitally then the outcomes from this were compared. As per
my knowledge the participant should not be anxious about their performance and continue in
their work. The people in the experiment are not been judged but the work performed should be
related and connected with performance and factors. The computer uses is in a way that it should
contain the previous knowledge. I understood that organization research include training
programme, social work and many more forms of inter reaction.
The operation research is also done through survey as with the survey the operation
research is performed effectively (QADER and et.al., 2019). The survey is organized by the
organization to collect the required information with the questionnaires and other techniques of
survey. As per my understanding the survey research will get a qualitative approach and it will
help the organization to get required details. The other type of business research which I
understood is interview. The interview is carried out in individual person that is face to face or
with advance technology like with the computer or with telephones. The interview are held at
home or at a neutral place. I found in this study that the interview makes the decision for inviting
the scholar to conduct interview as the interview must held at that place where the individual is
comfortable. I have learned interview can be formal or informal approach or interview can held
organization as well as the satisfied consumers.
