INTRODUCTION
As a employee working in ASDA dealing with different
roles and responsibilities, person have to consider has
personal skills and competencies and his preferences in
comparison to professional life of individual.

Current skills and learning styles
It is necessary to know what are the factors which are
affecting the professional life so this way the weaknesses
can be addressed to the managers so it can be improved. I
am employed as a store manager at ASDA and I have
certain abilities which is necessary for performing all the
operations in better manner. Through analysis of certain
skills I can improve my professional work.
