This research proposal aims to examine the role of digital workplace transformation for ASDA employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The proposal outlines the research objectives, including understanding the conceptual framework of digital workplace transformation, identifying its importance for ASDA employees, and discerning the challenges faced by ASDA that led to adopting this strategy. It details the reasons for choosing the research, highlighting personal and professional benefits, and provides a literature review covering the conceptual framework, importance, and challenges related to digital workplace transformation. The proposal also outlines the research methodology, including the research philosophy, approach, strategy, choice, time horizon, data collection methods, and sampling techniques. The study intends to use both primary and secondary data, with a sample size of 30 ASDA employees, and adheres to ethical considerations, including data protection and informed consent.
