restaurant such as what are the roles, duties and task perform in restaurants. He perform all the
small and major task and duties of restaurant like handling customers and client, mange all the
department of restaurant and also focus employees engagements activities, their training etc.
I found that the major strength of Asha's Solihull restaurant manger is that he always plan
best strategies and policies for restaurant which is improve the hotel goodwill in market. Also his
communication skills is most effective that helps restaurant to attract customers and client and
also retain then in restaurant. But the weakness of manager is poor time management. He is not
be able to manage all things at perfect time and than all things are getting mismanage in hotel
resulting in demoralizing of customers attention towards their restaurants.

goods. I talk with Manager of Asha's Solihull Restaurant about their roles and responsibilities in
restaurant such as what are the roles, duties and task perform in restaurants. He perform all the
small and major task and duties of restaurant like handling customers and client, mange all the
department of restaurant and also focus employees engagements activities, their training etc.
I found that the major strength of Asha's Solihull restaurant manger is that he always plan
best strategies and policies for restaurant which is improve the hotel goodwill in market. Also his
communication skills is most effective that helps restaurant to attract customers and client and
also retain then in restaurant. But the weakness of manager is poor time management. He is not
be able to manage all things at perfect time and than all things are getting mismanage in hotel
resulting in demoralizing of customers attention towards their restaurants.
There are various strength and challenges which is facing by each department in
restaurant stream affecting their business activities. Like HR and marketing department of hotel
is good in customer and employee relationship and generation of business for the hotel by
generating enough of sales but finance and R&D department not generally mange all the
analytical things like management of business operations and several analytical skills lacking
ineffective employee practices in the organization (Dufosse, Patry and Reiner,, 2017). If the all
department of hotel perform best duty than Asha's Solihull Restaurant is earn high profit, all
things are be mange. There are various reason which arise challenges in an organization these

challenges are conflicts in hotel premises, some employees feel partial in firm, poor time
management etc. This
all factors improve challenges in restaurant. For the challenges for restaurant, management can
provide training to each department. Also conduct some activities which improves motivations
of different department staff. For the improving and enhancing efficiency restaurant management
conduct some program such as tracking and limiting time which is spent on task, also by setting
self imposed deadlines and by setting effective bench marking. HR and marketing department
work well in their field just because they are followed all rules and regulation, policies and
strategies. These norms are helpful to enhancing area of work. These issues result in degradation
of sustainability, demoralize ethical code of conduct resulting in ineffective communication
amongst individuals and affects the culture style (Gatewood, Feild and Barrick, 2015).

The objectives I have considered for HR manager are mainly based on better utilization
of organization resources, improve own productivity by understanding functions and operations
of restaurant. As per my evaluation I have gained better knowledge of different functions and
operations of HR manager in the Asha's Solihull Restaurant. This better understanding has
increased my productivity in working. Better productivity and knowledge has improved my
future scope as HR manager in restaurant and food industry (Noe and et.al., 2017). Still there are
some improvement I need to made as pre objectives for post of HR manager and these skills can
be improved by work experience.
Marketing Manager
This is important for marketing manager to have good communication skill and team
working skills. These skills are essential for a person who is working as HR manager in a
restaurant. The objective for marketing are related to improving communication skills in order to
achieve the goals of marketing department. My communication skills are good enough to handle
people that are associated with my goals and because of this good communication skills and
interpersonal skills it was so easy for me to improve skills that are important to improve
customer relation and high efficient team performance. This is how better communication
