Deaf Culture:
American Sign Language is the core identity language for deaf people. The American
deaf community approve this language to communicate among deaf people. ASL is a unique
medium. With the help of ASL, people can use their facial expression and communicate with
each other. They do not require any sound or any body part to communicate with each other.
Many types of degree are available for the deaf community and these communities welcome
these degrees.
Core Values:
ASL is different than other community. Some people born and brought up in this
community and they can follow their tradition. Most of the time, deaf children belong to
hearing parents. ASL can help children in education and social interaction. To provide proper
education for children, ASL focused on visual study. A deaf parent is able to communicate
with their children in English and ASL ("Hands & Voices :: Communication Considerations",
2020). Sometimes parent of a deaf child is feeling nervous when they were choosing a subject
for their children. To educate deaf children, a proper environment is a requirement. Education
makes a big impact on deaf children life. America provides several laws for deaf children to
improve their education and life.
Providing advanced visual technology for deaf people is necessary. Role of a mobile
phone is a very important part of their lives. By using mobile or video playing device, they
can learn many things. They can communicate through email or messaging applications

comfortable environment for them. Nowadays many light flashers are available that is
connected with the phone. They can use these services to live their life.
