I conduct various activities and adopt various strategies for growth of business.
Such as I effectively analysis the external factors which influence the growth of business
with the help of PESTLE. I applied a SWOT analysis on company through which I better
understand the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats for company. All these
strategies helps me in analysing the internal and external factors better. But I fa8iled this
project because I am not able to manage the properly which will cause my whole work
failure. Time play an essential role in life of everyone as it defines the ongoing sequence
of every event taking place. After failed in my project I learned that time is the most
precious resource because I can't get it back. I learned that time play an essential role in
both my personal and work life. In my personal life I learned that value time helps me in
enhancing my experience and developing my skills. After my failure the value of time is
clear in my mind and I learned various skills which helps in better utilizing my time and
understand the importance of time management. For this I develop my time management
skills which helps me in efficiently and productively use my time. This will help me in
improving my work efficiency. Time management skill helps me in my personal and
work related life. In my life by managing time I identify that my work performance will
improve and also it will reduce my stress level. Time management skill will also helps
me in my future growth as it is an important skill required for all organisation. In an
organisation time play an essential role and delay in work operations and in adoption of
strategies will cause a big loss. I adopt various strategies such as using advanced
technology, cost leadership strategy, positioning strategy, new product development but
they all are failed because I don't manage my time properly. These strategy are only
useful when a they are implement at a right time. From this I learned that in an
organisation all work is done through a fixed process and any delay in one activity will
cause the whole process delay this is because the whole work are depend on each other.
After failed in this project I learned the importance of time. By developing my time
management skills I learned that for success of any project time is the most important
tool which helps in achievement of goal of that project. Time management skills provide
guidance to me related to how will I organized and planning my work or how will I
effectively divide my time between specific activities. From this I learned that good time
management will enable me to work smarter rather than doing hard work. With this skill I
am able to manage the whole working process and achieve the goal effectively. With the
help of this skill I will able to do my job effectively in less time even when the time is
tight6 and pressure is high for me.
