High performance work culture is beneficial concept for organization where individual
work hard for goals achievement with effective manner. Company develop various activities and
programs for improve employee motivation towards for the success (Syukri, US and Ambiya,
2021). Asos company in all above fashion retail industry in UK. They have numerous fashion
products and exclusive brands. The organization primary goal is provides services to adults.
They provide services online as well. The company has great team of employee because they
manage individual performance and mainly they motivate the individual people. This report will
give idea about that how company can motivate their employee with utilization of effective
methods and techniques. And how individual increases their work performance with utilization
of training and learning programs.

Company overall work culture and activities totally depends on the individual behaviour
and their work exercise, so its very essential aspect that company owner, manager, individual
department leader and many more they should focus on the employee behaviour and try to
develop some special things for employee, because the particular things will change the
organization work culture (Herman, 2021). Motivation is the best techniques for engagement of
employee with effectiveness.
Asos develop motivation programs for their employee. They believe in develop
leadership environment because this technique can influence the individual values for the
organization. Asos company is fashion retail industry, and they sell their product online as well,
according to the recent trends they highly improve their work culture with the help of training
and leadership techniques. They mainly consider that every employee is the leader to their
department. Benefits of high performance work cultures are as follows,

High performance work culture has so many benefits like its more profitable which
means organization develop motivation in employee, so they can increase their individual work
performance. Asos mainly sell products like beauty, cloths, shoes etc. so its very essential that
individual work on their individual goals. The company performance is totally depends on the
employee behaviour and their productivity. According to Anita Roddick they believe that

employee because when people feel that they leader they become more motivated, and they work
hard for achieve target. Almost every individual author generate different terms and techniques

events as well for effective engagement towards with their work environment. They trust that
and try to encourage their employee for new idea generate, because this company owner believes
that new generation and new employee have knowledge about new factor which develop the
opportunities (Rodrigues, Ruivo and Oliveira, 2021). According to Steve Jobs they believe that
motivation, rewards, prices, family benefits and other benefits is beneficial for push the

should discuss with the employee because they are the key of overall business activities, when

work more effectively and impressively which makes more impressive result. Particularity this

Biggs's Presage-Process-Product Model this model is basically provides flexibility in
learning process. That means individual learn and performance and work with the step by step
methods. Asos organization and their leader and trainer use this process for provide effective
coaching and mentoring to their employee because this process can helpful for deep study of
particular job for successful achievement of individual goal.
So its very clear that organization has to use some model for effective coaching and
mentoring for their existing or new employee. Asos company totally believes in the model and
theory, and they both theory they apply. So its very great thing that organization can easily
manage various aspects and maintain effective relation within client and mainly they monitor
their employee with effective monitoring and coaching. And these things are very essential for
the expansion of organization goals and success. With the help of this techniques individual
become more motivated, and they perform very well in their given goals. Motivated employee

can motivate them to work effectively. Leader has responsibility to mentor their employees in

and motivate them to carried out any organisational task in effective manner. Leader engage with
the employee professionally or personally to develop confidence and faith in employee towards

mentoring to the employees for their development Asos group implement GROW model to
mentor their staff for better work. With the help of this their employees are capable of producing
good results for their company. GROW model stands for goal, current reality, options or
obstacles and will.
Goal:
Goal for any organisation is to reach their successive point. Goals should be smart to be
achieved. For the development of their staff Asos company needs to decide their goals and
objectives which is to be achieved. First they need to decide the structure as what they need to
change and improve than convert it into the goals. Company encourage their employees to work
according to their goals and objectives they trained them to develop skills so that it will be easier
for them to carried out any task. Leader of the Asos group motivates their team to carried out
work in given time to achieve the goal of their company. Their company's goal is to achieve
better market position in their field for that purpose they set their goal. Leader of the company
motivates their employees to design their product in unique way so that customer can distinguish

leader share their opinions with the employees and assign a task accordingly employees also
allowed to share their opinions for the product development process. For the strategic plan both
employees and leaders plays important role so leader asked their employees to share their
knowledge to as what other options are made to implement in their product or how it can be
implemented many opinion share by the employees can definitely generate more options for the
company. Therefore employee can feel good about the company as their opinions are also
matters.
Will:
By examining all the goal, current reality and option factor employees are able to
generate good idea to achieve the organisational goal. This final step of this model allows Asos
company to develop skills in their employees after giving coaching to them (Garvey, 2018).
