This research project investigates the impact of talent management on the role of HR within an organization, focusing on ASOS Plc as a case study. It aims to explore the basic concepts of talent management in HR, examine its impacts within ASOS, and identify the different roles talent management plays in developing business performance. The research employs a literature review, outlining perspectives on talent management's importance in human capital management, workforce development, and the HR function in recruitment, training, and employee development. The methodology includes a research approach, strategy, philosophy, data analysis techniques, and research tools. The expected outcome is to highlight the critical role of HR in talent management, particularly in identifying vacancies and recruiting skilled employees.
