In today’s business environment, it becomes necessary for an individual to develop
some necessary skills and knowledge to deal with the world. it is compulsory for the jobs of
an individual (Ghazali and et.al., 2020). Without the development of skills and knowledge, an
individual is not able to get a reputed job. So, this report will be discussed an aspiration
development plan which assists in developing skills and knowledge that are required for the
targeted job. This project will be very beneficial for students as they will be able to
understand the importance of skills and their development procedure.
