Talon Outdoor is small sector enterprise which consider their operations in UK. In
respect to make wide business, it is essential to implement different activities that increase
effectiveness in the company and make wide operations in the company as well. It is the best
way to develop target market and attain potential candidates in the company. In order to conduct
present study, there are several benefits has been implemented that assists to focus on creativity
and performances. Brand images of the company also increasing to meet with desired aims and

results in the selected enterprise: Cost: In respect to consider effective functioning, it can be stated that proper
implementation of cost is needed. In this regard, researcher need to concentrate on fixed
cost which is needed to accomplish desired goals and objectives as well. Proper amount
which needed in the present project is £680. Therefore, collection of primary and
secondary data has been taken in the business (Clough, Sears and Rounds, 2015). Risk: In the present research, time and cost are major risk elements that create impact on
the desired results. Respondent face issue to fill questionnaire so that it is also risked to
the chosen company (Hesselbarth and Schaltegger, 2014).
