REFLECTION
Reflection here includes in the topic of principle of care that it is generally a process of
making sense of an experience to learn as well as enhances as a care providers. The usage of the
reflection model across the health and social care includes an advantages for the patients as well
as the care providers. Here I have used the reflection model such as Gibbs reflection cycle model
to illustrates the principles of care in the health and social care organizations. The Gibbs
reflection is generally a self regulation and management tool as well which usually can help me
to think more clearly as well as systematically about many experiences through which I generally
gone through. The reflection model is basically a Graham reflection cycle model including a
framework that involves the focus over the most the experiences which occurs frequently. The
Gibbs model consists the six sections through which I will learn the experiences. Its stages are as
detailed below:
Description: It is the first section in the Gibbs model which includes the detail about the
care principles in the health and social care. It illustrates about how it can behave towards an
individual while offering the care services to them. The care principles generally illustrates the
way well-being, the social care as well as the care providers behaves towards an individual in
their care. In the description section, there are various theories which are used to support the
person to build their morale, self esteem as well as the self worth it is because it can ultimately
enhances the well-being of an individual. In this, the report also includes the impacts of the care
principles on the rights of vulnerable people. As the right to health for every individual means
that all people should have access to the well-being services which a person can require. There is
also a description about the importance of legislations while protecting the vulnerable people.
Feelings: It is the second section in the Gibbs model which generally involves the
feelings which I have feel while providing the care to the service user. It is felt by me that the
person-centred care can generally aid me to describe the best suitable ways to aid an individual
by communicating as well as maximising the quality of care.
Evaluation: It is the third section in the reflective cyclic model, it can includes the
evaluation of the care principles which can generally impact over the well-being of an individual.
It is evaluated by me that providing the principle care towards the needed people can effectively
work impact over the health of the public. Here the evaluation by me in the healthcare is

generally a critical assessment through which the energetic processes, of an aspect of the well-
being care to evaluate whether it can fulfil the goals.
Analysis: It is the another section of the reflective model which includes the analysis of
the care which is being provided to the person-centred. It is analysed by me that each of the
principle which generally contributes to an understanding of the strengths as well as the
limitations of the present state. In this, it is overall analysed that the whole process is specifically
based on to improve the quality care of the person centred as it can helps to enhance their
independence.
Conclusion: It is the fifth section in the reflective cyclic model of the Gibbs which
involves a conclusion such as it is determined by the whole process or approaches that the
principles of care can help to provide an effective care to the person so that they can effectively
achieve all the care. This can enhances the quality of care of an individual so that the people can
live their quality of life and stay healthy.
Action Plan: It is the final section in the Gibbs reflection of model which involves the
action plans so as to enhances the quality care towards the patients. It includes the scientific
approaches which I will used so that the health of the patients can be effectively improved. The
action plan will also includes the long term commitments as well as the enhanced education
systems so that I can effectively deliver the quality care to the people so that they can improve
their well-being.
