Motivation:
Being able to work as a Junior Research Assistant in cell signaling Unit of CMRI is a
matter of pride and honor because of the extremely high reputation that the Institution
holds. Moreover being a part of cell signaling Unit gives an opportunity to create cells
and save thousands of life specialty in treating life threatening disease like cancer which
in turn motivates me to work better.
Team Work:
I have always believed that team work makes a dream work. Therefore it’s extremely
important to work in close collaboration with all junior researchers, lab assistants, as well
as other senior members of the team to help learn from other’s experience as well as work
in close coordination
Recognizing Weakness:
It is extremely important to assess one’s weakness and work on it for personal as well as
professional gains. As my knowledge regarding certain required computer packages that
are very much required for laboratory purpose is not very clear I am trying to
significantly improve on that ground as well as working hard to sharpen my time-
management skills.
