REFLECTION THEORY
While conducting a report an individual learn many things, which give them an
opportunities to prove their capacity and earn new and effective experienced. Learner also face
various issues and problems while conducting a project such as conflict in a team, lack of
resources and funds, collection of inappropriate data and information and many more
(Basturkmen, 2014). Along with this an individual’s also learn many things which help them in
future. For conducting a research in appropriate manner learner develop process thorough
various steps like planning process, develop aim and objective, prepare budget, identify
resources and many other. While I am working on respective project as a position of team leader,
I able to learn many things which help me in future for conducting same kind of research. Skill
and knowledge that I develop during conducting report that are increase in communication,
problem solving skills, team development skills and many more. In my team there are 5
members and all of them give their full efforts in accomplishment of work in effective and
efficient more. This report is based on financial issues which is face by Canro’s Hotel. My senior
authority provides me great opportunities to conduct research on this topic by which I am able to
enhance my knowledge and skills in effective manner. At starting stage of conducting report I
face some issue and problems such as my employees or team members not listen to my
instructions. Along with this, some time I am not able to make them understand about the task or
work which they have to conduct. That leads to reduction of their productivity and my team not
able to fulfill goal and objective in effective and appropriate manner (Baker and et. al., 2015).
But through the guideline and support of my senior I am able to handle my team in effective and
appropriate manner. Along with this I learn and enhance many skills and knowledge such as
team management skills, problem solving skills, communications and understanding skills in
effective and appropriate manner. I also learn application of various theories of management and
leadership such as situation, motivational and many more. By this I am able to make strategies
and plans according to the situations and condition through which currently respective company
is going through. So to resolve as well as overcome financial issues I develop strategies like
reduction of unwanted and useless procedure form production process by company able to save
money as well time. For conducting this report in effective manner I use resources like books,
articles and journals on internet, newspaper articles and many more. After completing whole
research main issue which I faced is presenting whole project in front of my seniors and
professional. It was also my first presentation in from of any experienced and professional
person. I felt bit nervous but with cooperation and encouragement I present report in successful
manner. At last I want to say that while working at respective project with my effective team
members I learn various things which will helpful for my future.
