1ASSESSMENT
The day I have chosen this particular course my life has changed. I was not very
motivated to get exposure in business but I have understood that this is the only right path
that can lead me to work for my own community and solve the social problems I have been
victimized with. Throughout this journey I have come across various epiphanies that has
added wisdom and knowledge in my life. I have started to mix with people and learnt that
education can surprise the discriminative prejudice nature of a person. those people who used
to believe me in my school days or led me think about low cultural background in my life
where are not present. In the university also I have seen both black and white side of process
I have gained the knowledge that human psychology tend to accept the truth only when it is
dominated on their understanding. I have learnt new ideas and concepts throughout this study
and made sure that I can achieve my goals. as mentioned, before I have intended to pursue
the path of knowledge so that I can be an example to the other children of my background.
there will be role modelling my instance in order to cope up with the challenges in their lives.
I have completed my part of education and selected this particular course of business
management so that I can develop my community and empower each one of them. the social
issues dominating the socially backward people leading them to face at most economic
pressure and suffering will be act as freedom. I want it all my fellow community members to
be economically independent so that they can question the equal treatment against them.
I have seen my voice to that of a hero because my actions and decisions will be e
determining my path of success. I have effectively overcome those despairing situations and
brought my faith according to my desire through hard work. the change of course that I have
undergone was the motivational messages from different people who have grown themselves
from a very low profile. I have understood that struggle is the only connecting factor which
has stood me in in line with the heroes sitting in the Pinnacle of success. it is all about
dreaming for a better world for which I intended to contribute all my effort and critical

thinking. the hero of my life is Steve Jobs whose biography had convinced me that nothing is
impossible. despite the fact that I have been exploited since my childhood but I ended it
effectively. I have been beaten by my drunken father, slept with hunger and was bullied in
schools. All of these experiences have made me understand that nothing is permanent but the
truth only remains in this world (Horvath, 2019). I have grown myself to be a hero in the eyes
of my family members as well as of my communities.
Self-motivation personality and many other aspects that contribute human beings’
growth in life have been attained by me through this particular course of study. in this course
I have come across people having similar or worse situation facing in their lives but all of
them have acquired enough determination to overcome the situation (Cooper-Cunningham,
2020). I have already enjoyed study human psychology but could not initially connect how
this is effective in eradicating prejudice and biasness already existing in the society for
centuries. I have been no knowledge about business any of my family members are
associated with it but by following the footfalls of my hero I have developed myself to gain
enough motivation to overcome these. I have read once that the tragic heroes are responsible
to face tragedies due to their own flaws and incapability to balance the situation in their lives.
I do not intend to be a tragic Hero because I have a lot of responsibility to attend. I want to be
a leader whose knowledge and efficacy will change the entire face of the society. I will bring
change in the thought process through perfect mixing of economic empowerment and social
change so that the community that has been suffering for years get Proper meaning of their
existence The Identity issues which are engulfing the dreams of youth will not be repeated
anymore. this awareness have made me strong and responsible towards my society.
