TASK 1
5 mini projects that are covered in the assessment and different skills developed with the
completion are:
Ethics
It is also known as moral philosophy that is concerned with the good and bad, wrong and
right morals of the beliefs or the behaviour (Sidgwick, 2019). It is field of the philosophy that
involves proper system, concepts for the recommendations and defending the behaviour that is
right or wrong.
Local community
Local community is interaction of the group of the people who are living in a same
location. Local community is in England that is Portsmouth. It is a port city that is builds on the
Portsea Island of the country Hampshire. Its area is covered around the 40.25 km square. Its
population is around 205,100.

There are various issues and the trouble is facing in the Portsmouth some of them are
violence, criminal damage, and sexual offences, anti social behaviour and public order. Lack of
the social distancing, have large gathering that affects the use of the drug and anti social
behaviour affects the community.
Global citizen
Global citizen is a citizen who is aware about the world and has lived the sustainable life.
He has a citizenship of different country and known about the different culture of the world, and
respects and values the diversity.
Globalisation impact on Britain
Globalisation is a process of increasing the interconnections between the countries by
increasing in the trade and the cultural exchange. Globalisation is also introduced in the Britain
and it affects its economy in both ways positively and negatively.
From the mini project learned about the local community and its impacts and its impact
and learned about the ethics that is used in the local community and its ethics that is used in the
community and learn about the global citizen that helps to understand the citizenship and the
impact of the globalisation on the Britain people.

From the assignment learn the skills that help to foster the future, skills developed are
research skills, critical skills and report writing skills. From the research skills it helps in future
to identify the problems that are coming as barriers to perform the work and able to complete the
task. Identify the company’s targeted customers for the netter need and the demands of the
products and services. With the effective research skills the time will be managed to perform the
multiple task. From the critical thinking is important at the workplace and it helps to think out of
the box and in future it helps at the workplace to think different and work effectively in the
organisation. The critical thinking is helps to self directed, disciplined and monitored self work
and helps to correct the things that have done wrong (Beck, 2018). From the critical thinking the
language that is used in the workplace and the presentation skills are enhanced. It helps an
individual to promote the creativity and the innovation in the workplace and is a crucial for the
self reflection.
From the effective presentation skills helps to communicate effectively and clearly with
everyone and it helps in future for the success and achieve the career goals. With the effective
presentation skills helps to speak clearly and convey the ideas and messages among the people
effectively and efficiently with the effective manner, it creates the less stress and build the good
relations with the people in the organisation (Kaiser, Pahl, and Horbel, 2018)..
Task2
The leadership style is the behaviour of the leader while directing, guiding, motivating
and managing the groups of people. The leadership is an important skill as it helps other
people in performing their best and make good human relations (Dragonette). This is
important on the management as the goals can be achieved by a good leadership style. The
leadership style helped me in making the positive culture at the university. It helped in
motivating as the leadership style makes the environment healthy and creative for growing
in all the aspects.
Goal setting worksheet is created clearing the vision on the goals, the expectations and
the time required to complete it. It follows the SMART measures in the goal setting. The
goal setting worksheet helps in focusing on the goals that need to be achieved and gives a
direction that allows me to keep in motion that motivates me.
Personal development plan (PDP) is the plan of actions that needs to be taken for the
awareness, reflection, planning for personal development for the career education and self-

improvement. These plans are important as they helped me in growing skills that are lacking
to achieve the goals of life.The PDP helps in empowering me as the required skills and
abilities are fulfilled for accomplishing the goal that is motivating.
CV or the curriculum vitae is the summary of the skills and the experience of the
individual that is gained. This is used for the interviews. CV provides me a chance to
showcase the skills and experiences for the particular job to the employers in the interview.
It also help in the identifying any weakness in the skills or qualifications needed for the job
(Cannon and et.al, 2018). It allows showing the initiatives of motivation that are taken to
apply for the particular field of job.
Teamwork weakness evidence helps me to identify the weakness and strength and what
are is required to work upon and this makes it important. It helped me to strengthen the
weak areas by working upon it. It was motivating as after knowing the weakness in the
teamwork it can be improved.
A consent form in the research is about the individual given permission to get involved in
the research and agree to the roles and the responsibilities that are involved in the research.
The consent form is important for me asa participating candidate as it gives me clear
information of what is involved in the research and what I am enrolling for (Wynn and
Israel, 2018). The research form motivates me as I am applying for something of my interest
and working on it for it.
Globalisation evidence helped me by realising that I am a global citizen and need to
maintain the values of the community. It helps in showing the ways by which a person can
become a good citizen and is important as it gives the right of living in the country. It
motivates me to look the world in different view.
Local community can be defined as the group of people that are living at the common
location and are communicating with each other. The local communities are important part
of individual’s life as it gives a sense of belonging and helps the individual to share personal
relatedness, along with this it provide with support that help in the growth of the individual
and the environment around.The communities help me in knowing my responsibilities as a
member of community (Luo and et.al, 2018).It motivates me to do something for the
community.

Career focus guide is can be defined as journey on which the individual get matured for
taking making informed decisions. The career guide helped me with understanding the
strengths and the weaknesses and helps in aligning them with the skills and interest (Guan
and et.al, 2019). The career guide help in choosing the career and this motivates me togo in
direction of my goals that I want to achieve.
