learning practices is negatively affected (Kamalraj and et.al., 2021). I have identified that I need
to develop better strategies for creating better and effective relationship with the learners. I need
to improve my communication skills also so that I can convey my message and ideas to other in
appropriate manner. In order to improve inclusive teaching and learning practices I have
identified that I get to know student in better manner as well as let them get to know about me.
This is helpful for establishing a greater bond with the student as well as develop opportunities
for the students to share their experiences, interest with me. Through this I will be able to
effective develop better relationship with the other people as well as conducting teaching and
learning practices in accurate manner. I have to improve my communication skills so that right

message and direction could be provided to the students. for enhancing communication skills I
need to use right words for describing message and idea in correctly. In need to consider feeling
of other while communicating with them so that I do not hurt any person while communication
and performing teaching or learning practices.
