The student's responses are evaluated by a vocational supervisor who provides initial feedback and completes an observation checklist, confirming the student's contribution to individualized planning and service delivery. The assignment also includes a supervisor declaration, confirming the review and observation of the student's work, alongside the supervisor's details.
