Introduction
The assessment report elaborates on the brief and in-depth understanding of the workshop 1 and
workshop 2. With the assessment suitable knowledge and understanding is grasped with respect
to the asset management and the asset management strategy that can assist the business concerns
in the formulation of the suitable strategy. Further provided, the assessment report provides for
the Fishbanks stimulation software so as to ensure a suitable position in the competitive
environment. In addition in workshop 2, focus is made on the varied management strategies for
the development of the creative assets and non-assets solution. Further provided, benefits of

authority concern of the business organization in the formulation of the suitable policies and
procedures for the current as well as forthcoming operations. This will further assist all the
related parties associated with the business organization in the better decision making. Apart
from that, I grasped an understanding on the varied facts and aspects that are requisite to be
considering while formulating the strategy related to the management of the asset (Gârleanu and
Pedersen, 2018).
In addition, I understood that the assets are the most valuable key within an organization which
assists the authority concerns in the better conduct of the activities and operations. As such I
addressed that there must be proper command and supervision of all the employees working
within an organization so as to elaborate suitable alignment of the internal and external factors
that are prevailing in the market environment. This will thereby lead to the attainment of the

Asset capability delivery is an approach to the management of an organization that takes into

of the creativity and innovation by the business concerns in order to attain suitable growth and
sustainability in the market environment (Satyro, et. al., 2017). This is mainly because of the
series of the variations that are prevailing in the market environment.
In addition, I elaborated that the asset capability delivery is a model that supports the
management concern of the business organization in the formulation of the effective strategies
with respect to the capacity development, design and integration (Minghetti, et. al., 2017). With
this I addressed that there are series of the factors that needs to be considered by the management
concern of the business organization so as to effectively focus leading to the suitable
establishment of the concern model.
Further provided, I addressed that asset capability delivery model also provides for the suitable
and effective framework that tends to establish a procedure or layout for deploying capital and
delivering assets, optimizing cost of ownership that is requisite to manage the asset life cycle.
Apart from that I also elaborated that the competency and proficiency of an asset management
system is largely defined by the effectiveness of the asset management capabilities. At this stage
of the workshop I grasped an understanding with respect to the procedures, policies and
knowledge that is applied across all the stages of the asset life cycle (Adobor, 2019).

Topic 8 – MIT Fishbanks Simulation Revisited
Another subject matter that was taken into consideration by me was with respect to the

events. Apart from that the report work elaborates on the suitable framework that is requisite to
