Assistant Director should possess the capability to operate in a dynamic environment
(Hajkowicz et al., 2013, p.15). The assistant director will oversee the project through to
completion and carefully monitor project progress and adjusts plans needed. The AD will be
result oriented, resilience and use decisive tactic to concern resolution. He or she should have the
ability to sustain and build a relationship with a network of individuals, both internally and
externally (Taylor et al., 2015, p. 28). Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in
accounting is one of a crucial factor for AD hiring. The positions should be filled with someone
who has displayed a record of providing leadership and management to achieve high team and
