Personal learning and development is very important for the growth and development.
This is necessary because when a person wants to work within any industry then they must be
having proper knowledge and necessary skill for that position. In the present study the profession
which is selected is the assistant marketing manager within any type of industry. This is
particularly because of the reason that in any type of organization the marketing is the crucial
function and there is high growth within this profession. Hence, for having a good job as an
assistant marketing manager I will have to analyse the trends currently going on within the
profession so that I am updated with all the recent changes. In addition to this I will also have to
analyse the necessary skills and knowledge which is required to work as an assistant marketing
manager. When I will analyse and research relating to this changes then I will be able to adapt to
all these changes. Hence, this will provide me with a competitive advantage within the
profession and there will be high growth and development for me.

vacancy of assistant marketing and sales manager within a reputed real estate company. Hence,
this will be a very good and effective position for me to be recruited. This is particularly because
of the reason that this position will provide me a good and effective growth which will assist me
in developing further. This job as an assistant manager in marketing is of interest for me as this
involves the MBA degree which I am having. Also, this job will increase my various capabilities
and will provide me an opportunity of personal growth and development. In addition to this I am
interested in the job because this is of interest area and will fulfil all my requirement of personal
growth and development (Langan, Cowley and Nguyen, 2019). Hence, this is related to my
choice of the profession even though this is a real estate industry but then also I will be working
in proper and effective manner as this will provide a good exposure to the marketing experience.
Hence this will improve the working capacity and the capability of me and this will result in
effective personal development. This job is an opportunity for me as this will result in proper and
effective attainment of the overall goal which I have for my personal development. The reason
pertaining to this fact is that when I will get job of my field and choice then I will be in position
to effectively manage my learning skills and this will improve my working capability in this
highly competitive environment. Thus, this will develop my overall personality and will result in
effective attainment of the personal objectives.
