Project schedule
The project is supposed to be initiated by November 2019. The Board of Trustees projects that
the project for constructing the open assisted facility should be completed before June 2022.
However, based on the project schedule the construction project will run past the projected date
by more than seven years. According to Microsoft Project software used to calculate the duration
that will taken by the project it shows that project will run from June 1, 2019 to August 30, 2029.
Therefore, it means that if the project is to be completed before June 2022, many project tasks
will have to be started early. The project manager will also have to apply project crushing to
meet this deadline.
