Leaders and managers play very significant roles in increasing the overall progress of an
organization (Chiu, Balkundi and Weinberg, 2017). They both play different roles, managers
manage the employees by taking the efficient use of resources of organisation whereas the
leaders lead the team by motivating them to increase the productivity and performance. In Aston
Martin, many situations come where the leaders and managers have to play their vital roles.
