INTRODUCTION
Business consulting can be defined as those professional who provides expert and
professional device for a specific field and area. This individuals contain high knowledge about a

luxurious sports cars. It was founded by Lionel Martin in the year 1913 and its headquarter is

challenges will be faced by management that impacts on goals and operations that impacts on

which goals and objectives are impacted (Amelec, 2015).
According to present scenario most of the existing organisation are performing their
work at global level. This determines large number of operations and functions which are
managed and performed by management must be according to accomplishment of organisational

Some major problem which are faced by management in their existing situation are technology

due to technological implement is that most of the car manufactures are focused towards self-

so to overcome from this challenge Aston Martin implement sports mode, regular mode and
automatic gear shifting cars in a single product due to which reduction in sales of cars is
improved.

factors that can influence them
The Aston Martin is a sport car manufacturer due to which they have to adopt the
technological advancement which is taking place in the environment on consistent basis so that
they can satisfy the customers. This is one of the major problem which is faced by them as the
adoption of the changes on frequent basis has impact on the operations of the organisation. To
cope up with the changing business needs it is important for them to meet up with the
requirements so that the give competitive edge to the competitors. There are various problems
which they have been facing such as safety issues which has direct impact on the sales of the
organisation (Biedenbach, Bengtsson, and Marell, 2015). In context of the issues the analysis
need to be done by the company for the competitors, target market, market factors which can
influence their operations etc.
The competitors of Aston Martin are the major players such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes
Benz etc. which pressurise them to get adopt the technology which is being emerging. Due to
this problem the various other related problems are faced by the company such as the employees
of the Aston Martin faces lack of skills for adopting the techniques. For this various training
programs are organised for the employees so that they can make them efficient enough to adopt.
This increase the cost of the company due to which they faces issues in adoption of the
