design is like that customer easily attracted towards its like colour, looks, feel and founts etc. and

and every thing according to the customer because at the end they use this application. Then
another important think is launching cost for this there should be a budget of approx. $25,000 to
$60,000. Astra plc is developing an application for expand their business and to diversified their
portfolio, so they can grab whole market (Chandrasekara, and Yapa., 2018). By launching new
health and fitness application, Astra plc can increase their revenue and sales, improve economic
of sales, product diversification, more market coverage and company improve technology
capability. By social media integration company market their application to the target customers
and it gives company web-site visitors a fast and simple method that connect their brand image
on the preferred channel. In simple words it gives marketing of application in various social

media platforms. For testing application the basic needs that company should consider points
such as documentation testing, performing test, user interface testing, functional testing, security
testing, compatibility testing etc. by these test company get to know the accuracy of the
application. For stand out in the market company should focus in build application more user-
friendly, high quality and scalable application (Al-Rubaiei., Nifa and Musa., 2018). Application
is meet the requirement of the specific customers, for this application they target parents,
athletes, youngsters etc. who want more information about their calorie.
Project Risk
Risk of delay on app design, if application is not design then company is not launched
application on time which give negative impact on their brand image, Astra launches this health
and fitness application for diversify their portfolio, grab wider market etc. so if delay in
application design is not good for the company (Le., Chong, and Kashiwagi., 2020). By
managing all task, regularly track task or this process and set deadlines which help company to
evaluate process and take action on time. Design and compatibility issue this risk of project is
very common because there is always a risk that customer like the design that is colour, front etc.
and some feature of application is not Woking etc. by testing each and every feature carefully
and put a backward plan compatibility before developing started. Competition from other
application and cost overruns sometimes the cost overrun from the budget which effect plan and
risk of fail due to competitors like competitor updated their app which have more feature so it
gives negative impact on project. For this company can do they add some extra cost on budget
for these types of expenses and always keep eye on competitor and always step up from the
competitor. Risk indicator scale use as risk management method this supports the subjective
judgment when the commercial and content environment project is scale, by this company
measure the risk.
Project success
For measuring success Astra plc use many tools such as customer review, determine
quality measurements, review team satisfaction, analyse project budget, evaluate project
specialization etc. the success can be measure in finance terms by various KPI. Key performance
indicator is a tool use for measuring performance and success of a particular project (Wannes.
and Ghannouchi., 2019). For measuring growth or success in terms of finance company use
growth in revenue KPI which helps company to know that this project help company in

improving revenue or not also use net profit indicator and gross profit indicator used to measure
the profit if the organization. By using customers KPI to know the numbers of customer retained,
NPS (net promoter score), percentage of the market share helps in know the customers like and
unlike the application and if customers are not satisfied with their health and fitness application
then Astra should take some corrective action with the help of feedbacks that what customers are
actually needed and provide them. For example, application suggest some workout ideas but an
individual give their feedback and give suggestion that app also includes that which person can
not do a particular exercise like if person is had breathing problem then they not exercise which
need more control in breading so, company can considered and move forward. By measuring
success of a project company know the actually performance of that and easily compare with
actual performance to the standard performance and if not match than take action to correct it.
CONCLUSION
This report discuss project plan of application that is related to health and fitness, also
give a brief about project scope like app design, launching cost, testing of the app etc. and project
risk which illustrated potential risk that is delay in app design, high cost, competition from the
other applications and compatibility issue. Also, includes some measuring tools which help
organization to measure project success.
