INTRODUCTION
The business organisation that works according to the trend in market is more successful.
It is necessary to monitor the trends and to take first mover advantage by grabbing the
opportunity (Valdez-De-Leon, 2019). This report is in context to Astra Plc. Which is a small
sized business organising. They deal vitamin and mineral food supplements. The company is
planning to launch their own application and this report is to check the suitability of the
application in market. The company is planning to diversify their product portfolio. In the
starting of this report, there is analysis related to project plan. Afterwards, the scope of project
and all the important actions to be taken are mentioned. Risk is part of every projects and there is
need of analysing risk in order to perform in market. The success of project is also measured in
the report.

controlled, and closed. It is integral component of a project and helps to carry on the project in

The application launched by Astra Plc is wide. They are planning to formulate the appl
that is user friendly and helps the users to get benefits (Gürbüz, 2018). There is key role of
design of the application so that the customers are attracted towards the same. The target
audience must be kept in mind while designing the application. The next important part is cost of
the launching the application. Proper cost analysis must be done in order to launch the app
effectively. The cost estimated by Astra Plc is around $30,000. This is estimation and the real
cost may change.
In order to launch the application successfully there is need of testing the same in market.
By testing the application, the chances of making it successful enhances. The same can be tested
on the target customers of the company. This helps them to know about the pros and cons of
using the application. The feedback of the audience must be taken seriously and necessary
changes must be done in the final application. The real feedback of the customers helpa the
company to achieve success and profitability position. It is necessary for Astra Plc to manage the
work by dividing the same among right set of people. The company must make the target
customers aware about the application by using right promotional tools. The chances of sales
enhance by attracting the customers. It is beneficial for the Astra Plc to use social media

situation. The various risk is mentioned below:
Cost overruns: It is possible that there are slight changes in the budgetary assumptions.
If there are changes in the here are changes and the cost overruns the company has to
arrange money in order to carry on the task effectively. There is a major problems and
can lead problem in competition of the project.
Delays in app design: There are certain problems and one of them is related to delay in

creative design so that they are able to provide best to the customers. The company must

effective position in market. The techniques that helps to measure the success are as follows:
Retention rate: It assist the business organisation to know about the number of customers
who are loyal for the company. The more the customers and better it is for the company success.
Daily Active Users: This helps Astra Plc to know about the active users who are using the
application. The high number denotes the success of the firm. The daily tally must enhance on
regular basis.
Monthly active users: This is a parameter that is being used to check the people to use
the application. It will help them company to know about the interested candidates of the

Return On Investment (ROI): There is need of checking the return on investment so that
the success of the enterprise is examines.
