and is headquartered at Cambridge, United Kingdom. The following report will focus on
analyzing key drives of the company based on the previous project along with its impact on the

the market that can negatively impact the marking strategies of the company. The marketing of
the company plays a necessary role and can highly impact the presentation of business. The
company has to focus on building its marking operation through utilizing their strength of
being a well-established business in the market in order to gain market competitiveness. It will
also allow the business to expand its operations in new market with relative ease (Webber and
Paton, 2021).

From the above report it had been concluded that, it is important for an organization to
understand its key drivers and how it can impact on various operations of the organization. The
above report was able to conclude that the chosen organization can utilize its strength of being a
