established in the year 1999 and is headquartered at Cambridge, United Kingdom. The report
will cover a description of the organisation’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

have faced many failures that led to
operational losses for the organization.
 AstraZeneca lacks in inspirational
leadership when it is concerned with
the top level management and its
leader.

industry may not have fixed returns.

revenues of the AstraZeneca company.
 During covid-19 the company has
produced many doses of vaccines that
were having high cost and company
had run out of funds at a time.
 The company has witnessed vast
growth opportunities in emerging
market that can be the future drivers for
growth (Treves and et. al., 2020). For
instance, during COVID-19
AstraZeneca has performed exemplary
and had been among the leading
producers of vaccines.
 Rising spending off government on
healthcare through its programs such as
Obamacare in Medicare (Agyekum, E.
B., 2020).

 Political uncertainties such as Brexit
may rise and could lead to the potential
damages to the company and its
operations.
 The growth of aging population across
the world has led to a significant
opportunity for AstraZeneca to grow.
